Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lokva Rogoznica

A large, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - perfect for 2 couples - in a leafy neighbourhood just outside the Old Town within easy walking distance to harbour and attractions. Ljiljana was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

This home is exactly as its name suggests - upscale and picture perfect. We found everything as pictured, and a home that is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged and one that comes with a complete set of amenities and plentiful towels. Location is excellent and a short walk from the old town. The apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared for a good workout, especially if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a really wonderful stay and we appreciate the warm welcome and care offered by the hosts.

Staying at Zrinka and Mirko's place was amazing! The apartment itself has spectacular views of the sea and sunset. We could have stayed out on the porch lounging all day! But, the apartment also has amazing access to the seaside trail that allows you to walk into Hvar in 15 minutes. The trail was one of our favorite parts of Hvar! Zrinka and Mirko was also incredible communicators and made us feel so welcome. They even allowed us to check in early, and drove us to the place! We would absolutely stay here again; it was such an awesome place!

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

Very clean apartment with a beautiful view, lots of space and beautiful design of the apartment (furniture and design). Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Ana and Antonijo are so lovely and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

This was my favorite Airbnb we have stayed at. Annamarie was so kind and welcoming. Her video with walking instructions from the port was super helpful and I loved every minute of our stay in Hvar. It was peaceful with a beautiful view of the Adriatic and the extra touches like the cold water, beer, wine, chocolates and fresh flowers were the icing on the cake. I hope to return some day. Incredible host and stay.

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We spent 6 days in Ivana's house. Ivana and Mirko were always super easy to reach. The house, the pool and the entire surroundings are really beautiful. Despite the fact that the house is on top of the mountain, you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and to Split in 30 minutes. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will definitely find it in the beautiful house and property of Ivana. We were actually outside the whole time, as the pool house offers everything you need. We will definitely come back to Ivana. Thanks again for a great stay Luca

We had a wonderful time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is plenty to do and see nearby. To get to the house, a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement, so we were glad that we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

Villa Lucian is a fantastic place to stay at, and the village Selca is both calm and friendly. Great views with relevant services are nearby. Close to nice villages like Sumartin and Povlja, and many other beautiful destinations on Brac island. The house is comfortable, clean and spacious. The two apartments offer many options and rooms, and the utensils are plenty. The pool area is awesome, both for adults and for kids. The only improvement we've come up with would be if the jacuzzi was heated for use in evenings. The upper level's outside area is great for gathering everyone for meals. Best of all? The host Tanja, who is a Croatian diamond. Friendly, helpful, informative, trustworthy and she will enhance your stay in addition to the great villa itself. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience that will linger in our hearts!

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

Mirko, was something else. So we were on a 30 tour of europe on our motorcycles. Arriving on 10th June . However our wifes flew out to meet us and arrived two days earlier on the 8th. Mirko met then in their arrival and greeted them with fresh meets cheeses, bread, give them all they needed to know and checking in with then on both days . We arrived two days later to being met also by Mirko with the same service and generousity. Checked in with us everyday and really looked after us . No where else id stay to be honest. 5 Star Service

Maja's house is in a very nice location, on a hillside overlooking the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac and mountains. We were traveling with the dog and could take many beautiful hikes from the house. The house is well furnished and the icing on the cake is the huge pool, where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Maja welcomed us warmly and was always available for questions.

Absolutely perfect ! A hotel-worthy service while being welcomed as if we were family. The location is great : a 5 minutes walk to the beach and a 45 minutes ride from Split. Thank you again for everything

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Wow! Everything about this place was perfect! Ljiljana is an amazing host, and the air bnb was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need- towels, linens, iron, laundry essentials, and even some spices/ingredients and teas in case you want to cook at home. It looked even better than the photos on the listing, a little bit more modern and updated aesthetically. Ljiljana was super responsive and friendly, we felt right at home. Additionally, the air bnb is located super close to the beach and just a 15 minute walk from the old town. 10/10, highly recommend if you are planning on visiting split!!!

Sandra and her husband were amazing hosts - from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm welcome, great conversation, and a bottle of local wine. The highlight of this apartment is the peaceful garden - a truly serene spot that feels like a hidden oasis, yet it’s just a short walk from the city center. The apartment itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which made our stay even easier. We hope to return to Hvar one day and would love to stay here again!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Everything was perfect

I spent 3 nights at Tania's and would recommend the accommodation. It's quite easy to park for free on the street, the accommodation is very clean and well decorated, it feels like a hotel. The necessary was provided, Tania was able to respond quickly to my questions and give me good advice. The accommodation is very well located, 10 min from the center, there is a small beach 8 min away, so it's great. Maybe a little noise to report but that's not his fault. Thank you for hosting us. I would recommend it to everyone!! You have very good taste in decor!
