Perfect stay at 17A! The villa is in beautiful surroundings and so peaceful - don’t be put off by the entry road - it isn’t sealed with tarmac as it probably would be in the UK but the villa is worth it when you get there. Car is a must as it says in the villa information on Airbnb - roads are not suitable to walk along. Flew to Split - 45mins/1hr transfer and about 30mins to Split city centre. Eldar was there to greet us and allowed us an earlier check in time. He gave us some local info regarding supermarkets and restaurants which was very useful. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. Beautiful views from the terrace and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen area was great for bbq. Gym was well equipped and we made good use of it. Omiš is the closest town - plenty of restaurants/activities to book/couple of supermarkets. Eldar was very responsive during our stay if needed and on departure arrived early for us to check out due to early flight time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is plenty to do and see nearby. To get to the house, a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement, so we were glad that we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

Great accommodation and the facilities were great.

Ana and her family are really great hosts. They take care, always ask if everything is good or if something is missing. One evening, Ana's father even brought over fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. In addition, we were once invited to dinner at their own restaurant. The food was really delicious and the community with them was nice. In terms of amenities, everything is really available. Even more than expected. The location is super nice. It is quiet and you have privacy. The private pool was the highlight for us. We were super satisfied with our stay at Vila Iko and would only recommend it to everyone 😍😍

Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. Wow - what an incredible stay! Right from our arrival, Suzana and her family made us feel so welcome, meeting us in person and to show us around as well as giving us wonderful local fresh food and drink. The villa is spotless and so tastefully decorated, and Suzana took great care to make sure we had everything we needed, visiting a couple of times to make sure the pool was always clean. The kitchen is so well stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. The location is wonderful - a really peaceful retreat yet not far from the buzz of beautiful Omis, the river and the coast. Highlights for us were: Rafting on the river Cetina Sunset river trip out to Brac with Charlie on is 130 year old timber boat (Charlie is based by the bridge in Omis) Swimming in the river at Plaza Stuznica Swimming under the Lounes waterfall (from Tezacka ulica) Sunrise hike up to the wind turbines behind the villa Free walking tour around Omis Acapella singing in Omis Thank you so much Suzana!

Spent a wonderful week in Mimice, we can recommend the Toni's apartment with the fantastic terrace without restriction 👌😊

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Our party of 4 mature adults had an excellent stay. The house is located in the old pedestrian-only part of Omis, directly below the castle - a really atmospheric location. Given that no access is possible by car, we were met by the owners, Marina and Josep, who took us and our luggagge the short distance from the car to the house. Some steps involved but nothing of consequence. The nearest free ( and very large) car park is about 5 mins walk from the house. M&J were splendid hosts - friendly, informative and responded immediately to any queries. The property is an old family house that has been modernised throughout and has all the mod cons that one would expect for a comfortable stay - so much so that we relaxed and ate in as much as we ate out. Omis itself is in a beautiful location, set on the Adriatic with a magnificent backdrop of the massive limestone cliffs of the Cetina River Gorge. All in all, highly recommended.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Our stay in Großvaters Traum was just as we imagined it. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable! The apartment is a paradise - the terrace offers a view that is breathtaking. The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. I met the two brothers who manage the apartment for their father. Super nice dutiful young men who have everything under control - compliment there, the grandfather would have been very proud of you. We love Croatia and are always looking for such extraordinary apartments that guarantee us peace and relaxation. This time, too, we were not disappointed, on the contrary, our stay at Großvaters Traum will remain in our memory for a long time due to its uniqueness. Thank you! For letting us be your guests.

Couldn't fault this lovely house in beautiful surroundings. Great outdoor space nestled amongst fig, olive and lime trees. We were lucky to be there when the figs and grapes were ready to eat! The house is well equipped and there were towels and an umbrella for the beach. We would recommend the lovely family run restaurant Berekin at the top of the hill, yummy homecooked Croatian food and homemade craft beers and apple cider, best to reserve a table in high season. Thanks again to Dalila and Anselm for being so helpful and giving us superb tips on things to do and places to eat.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

Mate is a fantastic host. He welcomed us gladly into his spectacular home, being very flexible to accommodate us wherever he could. He was responsive, helpful, chilled and very kind. His place is just as great, having all the necessities and privacies you could ask for, as well as a vibey eating area, outdoor swimming pool and incredible view of the Mediterranean. If you can get it, take it

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!
