Very well located on the beach. Tasteful decoration. Super Clean The hosts are really well organized, responsive, attentive and caring. The printed guide in the accommodation, the little reminders by regular messages show the investment and reassure. Unfortunately, we were not vigilant and forgot our children's story box. The team immediately informed us and is committed to sending it to us by mail, which is very thoughtful of them. We thank them.

Great place, the owners of the accommodation very nice and responsive, we had a great time with the girl. Only downside proximity to the neighborhood, so to spend an evening on the terrace quite complicated without disturbing the neighbors around unfortunately.

Very pleasant family stay in excellent and comfortable accommodation. The equipment and decoration of the house are prepared with care and it is very well maintained both inside and out. Shirley is a thoughtful host, gives very good advice and welcomes you with a smile. Nieul is a charming and quiet village at the gates of La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. Don't miss it.

We had a great stay at Rémi's! The accommodation is very well located and easy to access. The beach is a 10-minute walk and all amenities one street away (market, pharmacy, Carrefour Contact, ice cream shop, etc.) as well. Typical island village life! We were able to rent bikes for two days and keep them at the accommodation, which has a secure outdoor area. The host was available and very friendly. Very well-equipped accommodation for two people, very quiet. To be repeated without hesitation!

Sylvie's house is in a very good location on a small street, easy to access. Very modern house with all the necessary equipment, superb clean and very well-equipped kitchen. All bedrooms overlook the secure pool which is very nice! Beautiful outdoor area with large pool, very well maintained, dining area with barbecue and small outdoor living room overlooking the vineyards. A very beautiful and peaceful haven. Sylvie was lovely and very responsive to any questions we had. We were 3 couples with children and had a great time

We had a great weekend in this small house located in a quiet area and set back from the road. The accommodation is very well-equipped, functional and well-decorated. A nice little terrace in front of the bedroom and another much larger and more intimate one at the back, very nice. Quiet environment ideal for cutting out the hustle and bustle. We did everything by bike. A gourmet treat was waiting for us in the kitchen, a little extra that was very much appreciated.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city center and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small inner courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible on departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

A wonderful stay in La Rochelle - Sophie and David are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel right at home. The pool area and garden in particular are beautiful. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay

The accommodation is renovated, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back. 😊
