Very pleasant stay with friends in this beautiful home where everything is carefully decorated. Bikes, pétanque balls, games, speaker... nothing is missing! the rental was in accordance with the descriptions of the listing. a house not overlooked with a fully enclosed plot (very appreciable with our dog). Many trails through the woods 100m away. Access to the beaches is via very quiet paths and alleys. Really pleasant stay in a functional, clean house, the owner of which is present and responsive. we are already thinking about coming back.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to downtown La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

Special mention to this house that is filled with the charm we love and particularly pleasant. The terrace is a big plus with the barbecue 😊 and the bikes park very easily in the small courtyard which is also a big plus to Île de Ré! Christian is responsive, very friendly and welcoming in the image of this comfortable and impeccable place. Everything is within walking distance (10mn) (shops and bike rental) Back to sources successful for us, we are delighted with this very nice stay. We recommend +++ 😍

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. The house perfectly reflects the description and Jeanne is really a caring person giving advices and sharing also her knowledge and tips ans tricks about the regions. The house was super clean. The house is perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from the daily market with local producers and from The haven and the restaurants. The street is super quiet as only accessible to people living in the street. Ars en Ré was for us the best town as it combines the small shops, some restaurants, the daily market and you can reach the other towns easily by bike. We had a great week in Jeanne’s house.

A great stay in La Couarde at this place Clean, very well decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable, with a pleasant and well-equipped outdoor area and close to the city center, the tourist office and shuttles for the whole island (ideal when you come without a car) Some suggestions: - offer a map of the island and shuttle schedules (we left some) - make the operating instructions for household appliances available: a little complicated with the coffee maker....😊

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Highly recommended! One of those rare stays where the home exceeds expectations, the photos do not do it justice. We are fussy and this lovely house was immaculately presented making it very inviting and attractive for our stay.

The house is pretty and modern. Everything is well thought out. The equipment is very complete. Ideal for 2 couples because 2 separate night spaces. Located 2 steps from the port and the city center. We'll be back.

Beautiful apartment with harbor view and a private terrace sheltered from view. The accommodation is well-equipped and offers all the comforts for a short or medium stay. I recommend it!
