In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m2 outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, terrace and south-facing garden. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, Pier d 'Ars and one of the most wild parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
