The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

In the pretty village of La Couarde in the center of Ile de Ré, along the Impasse des Vignes aux Folies, 2 bedroom house, (sheets and towels provided), furnished in the style of Ile de Ré with a pleasant living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Very flowery garden, with deckchairs, and terrace to have your meals in the shade of olive trees. In the heart of the bike paths, 300 m from the beach, shops and the Ré bus stop. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m2 outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, terrace and south-facing garden. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, Pier d 'Ars and one of the most wild parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It faces south, south-west, with an unoverlooked terrace, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.
