Nice cosy house in a quiet and peaceful village.

The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

The house and the area are great! This is a fantastic getaway place. Nature all around. House lives up to its 70s vibe with all amenities. Highly recommended

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we were in the In winter, we really appreciated the carport directly connected to the house, in order to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located on Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the Northern Lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope that we'll come back one day!

The house looked exactly like in the pictures – modern interior, great amenities, and plenty of space. Remi was very helpful and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He prepared a very welcoming space for us, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend him as a host!

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

The host is very responsive. The unit is easy to locate. The place is quite, with 1 car parking slot available. The floor is a bit sticky.

Very friendly and accommodating host couple. We spent four wonderful weeks in this very nice accommodation. The service was perfect. The hostess even took us on her dog walks. Not only were we thrilled, but our dog Buddy felt at home from the start and picked up his treats day after day. The personal excursion tips were also particularly valuable. If you’re looking for a place to relax with family, this is a perfect fit. The rental is spacious and well appointed. Everything you need for cooking is available as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away by car. Sven is helpful and responsive to questions. The environment is quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

Very pleasant and warm communication. Apartment is at the end of a residential area beautifully in the countryside and you can start hiking directly from the apartment. Even had the rare luck to see moose that came into the settlement. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And the living room is so cozy that you can also spend a real "bad weather" day at home. For many excursions from a place to stay, however, I find it a little too remote.

a wonderful stay in the apartment of Anne Marie. we enjoyed the quiet environment and at the same time very near the E 10. it felt like home!

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. You helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that it has a private parking space at the door is amazing. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. A delight! We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. The place was very clean, cozy, and well located with the port and supermarkets within walking distance. We had the opportunity to park the car right next to the house, in the shelter. Natalia's instructions were clear and helpful. We recommend it!

We had a great time at André and Ida's place. The bed was super comfortable and we could leave our car at the door without a problem. If you want to visit Lofoten, staying in Gravdal is a good option because it is relatively close to everything beautiful to see (maximum 1 hour - 1 hour and a half drive from the accommodation).

A beautiful, new apartment with fantastic views

Trine’s place is our home away from home for 4 nights. Everything is perfect and the view is to die for, so breathtaking. Excellent communication and quick to respond. We highly recommend Trine’s place, if you see it available, don’t hesitate to book it.

Beate's accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The weather didn't allow us to do many activities around Leknes and we had to move away but being close to the city and amenities is very convenient. The stay was very relaxing. It's just perfect if you're looking for a place in the center of Vestvågøya to be within reach of Eggum, Haukland, Unstad, Stamsund, Offersoykammen…

The property is located outside Svolvær. By car, however, it can be reached within a few minutes. The location is quiet and adjacent to a forest and lake. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Peder and his cat. He took the time to show and explain everything to us. The apartment also has a terrace, including Grill. Great, we would definitely book this apartment again.

The apartment was super clean, we had all we need, the location is perfect! The host was super friendly, helped us to get to the accommodation from the ferry as there was no bus! Loved all the details! We had a great stay!

The space was perfect for a few days in Lofoten. Check-in was easy and flexible and everything was in excellent condition. The location of the accommodation is perfect to explore a lot of the Lofoten and still have a quiet retreat. Despite the fact that the apartment is in an annex to the residential building, you always have privacy and feel very comfortable. The view was unbeatable and delighted us every day. We would definitely visit again!
