Kjerringnesvannet is salmon driving water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is in the forest with lots of great hiking areas close to the cabin and around Vesterålen.

Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.

There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.
