Cabin vacation rentals in Lofoten

Great place, spotless clean and everything is brand new ! Some disadvantages are that place is really small(bedrooms has no cabinets as there is no space for them) and kitchen is also limited. You can see it from the pictures, though. The upper floor has no door as well. So there are 2 separate bedrooms only. All the rest is great, communication is fast and helpful, view and locations are amazing, hot tub was used every day! Amazing =)

Really nice and well appointed, and the wood fired hot tub is certainly an interesting amenity!

We were so happy with our stay. We went to Norway specifically for the views and Northern lights and the views were beautiful right at the house. We saw the lights from the hot tub outside. I would absolutely stay here again if your trip is traveling around the islands. They also had an electric charging station!

This place was really amazing. I had a beautiful moment with my friends, everything was perfect. The place is calm, beautiful, jacuzzi was ready at our arrival. We even had during the jacuzzi time a chicken pigeon that came to see us, it was a great Lofoten experience!

We spent 5 unforgettable nights in their cottage. We thank them. The cottage was just like the pictures. Very clean, tidy. The jacuzzi was great, we had the chance to use it. Unfortunately, we didn't have very nice weather (early May) so we couldn't go out much but since the cottage was very nice, it didn't bother us. Thanks again

Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

The place was really perfect in every way. The two of us spent 5 nights there in March and were completely satisfied. The house was spacious and very nice and tidy. There was really everything you could need there: the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is a small fireplace that made the whole thing more cozy in winter. It really felt like home. We even saw northern lights from the property. The landlords were also very kind and responded immediately to every question. We were absolutely delighted and would come back right away!

This house really made us happy! I am almost at a loss for words to describe the beauty of the view. In fact, you could sit in the living room all day and enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle. From the living room we saw sea eagles, ptarmigan and even a stoat. Our wish - and the real reason for our trip - to see the Northern Lights was fulfilled on the very first evening, on the second evening we were offered the very big Northern Lights spectacle, what a gift! In the folder provided, we found excursion tips, including for a fishing tour from Reine. We had an unforgettable day on the TrioII and brought home 8 kg of fresh cod caught by ourselves. The house is very well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, the kitchen is complete and we particularly liked the wood-burning stove. An extraordinary place!

This charming cabin is right on a pristine and quiet lake. We loved sitting out on the dock, watching the light change. In the distance there were a few bright red farm houses and cattle grazing on a field nearby. Because of the midnight sun we frequently got up at two or three or four in the morning to look at the changes on the lake. Each hour it looked different and always wonderful. The serenity is just what we were looking for and we found at this cabin. The cabin was well equipped, and had everything. needed to make some meals. Monica is a supreme host. She went out of her way to help out in many ways, for example I needed to ship a box home and she took us to the post place and translated as needed. We would love to come back.

We are so grateful to have had such a long stay in this house: the wonderful view to the see and the mountains in the changing light and colours was so beautiful - also the natural surrounding of the house - unforgetable! The house inside is very tastfully furnished - the kitchen perfect. We could feel, that Kundan lived here - sometime ago. If you are going to Henningsvær, this place is the perfect place to stay. Recommended!

We have been to many Airbnbs in many different places - and this one is definitely among the best!!! The view from the cabin is simply breathtaking (we were here in May, so we could enjoy the midnight sun ocean view). Everything is super clean and very cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the area between Svolvaer and Leknes.

We had a wonderful stay - the rorbuer was pristine and the views were unbelievable. Upon arriving we actually had someone else in the unit we were supposed to be in but Marta responded right away and let us know we had been upgraded to a unit right next door. The check in was seamless otherwise. Parking is literally right next to the rorbuer. The kitchen was well equipped to the point where we cooked a couple meals there. The mattresses were comfortable and there were blackout curtains for the long summer days. A delicious restaurant is right across the road and a grocery store about 2 km away. Very peaceful stay, would highly recommend.

What perfect little house on a stunning location. The cabin is very cosy and all we whished for. Ginsoya is very beautifull and quiet en from the cabin you have amazing view on the mountains and the sea. It was hard to leave!

We loved it here! The views were spectacular, the house was modern, super clean, efficient and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and appreciated having the washer/dryer. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Kari and Inge couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Kari met us at the trail, just off the road, to show us the property and and provide us with the keys. She even helped carry our luggage down the steep trail to the cabin! She provided excellent recommendations to restaurants in the area, and activities to do such as a RIB boat ride out to the puffin sanctuary (a MUST DO!). Our stay was during the 20+ hours of daylight, so we even had a chance to experience the setting of the midnight sun. Because of the low population in the area…it seemed as if Kari and Inge knew everyone! We would definitely like to come back and experience the area later in the year to see the cabin and waters in a different season.

Great cabin! Clean and tidy The cabin contained everything we needed for both cooking and cleaning. Easy access by car. Close to both great hiking trails and a shop The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly and accurately to questions. Recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Rorbu! It was peaceful, cosy, clean and very private and was equipped with everything that we needed. The location and surroundings are also absolutely stunning! It's a short walk to the beautiful village of Nusfjord which we really enjoyed exploring, and we found that it was a great location for exploring the rest of the Lofoten Islands! What a lovely cabin! We enjoyed our stay (despite the rain), the cabin is super cozy, quick to reach you’re surrounded by peaceful nature! Equipped with everything you need, definitely recommend:)
