Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lofoten

Nice cozy, peaceful, and private home to spend time in Lofoten. The home has all the amenities you could want and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clear that the hosts took extra steps to make the stay was comfortable for their guests. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. If we get to visit Lofoten again, we’d be sure to stay here!

The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i dette nydelige huset midt i Lofoten. Huset er veldig koselig, velholdt og ligger idyllisk til med flott utsikt over havet. Verten var svært hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi koste oss med å bruke kajakken og nyte den rolige og hyggelige atmosfæren både i huset og ved sjøen. Et perfekt sted for avslapning og å oppleve den vakre naturen i Lofoten. Anbefales varmt!

Super logement et hôte ! Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement : proche du centre ville (5 minutes à pieds) et du départ de randonnée (20 minutes à pieds). La vue est très jolie sur l'eau et les montagnes. L'appartement est cosy et très bien équipé. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Die Unterkunft war super, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend!! Durften die Kajaks kostenlos nutzen und haben am Steg geangelt. Die meiste Zeit aber saßen wir im Wintergarten und haben den Ausblick genossen!

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Hans per una vacanza sciistica. La casa è super accogliente, ristrutturata con cura e gusto, ben accessoriata ed è situata in una magnifica posizione sul fiordo. Hans è un ottimo host, sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

“Beautiful home on private peninsula” is the perfect description. This is our second stay here at this amazing property. We’ve held very fond memories of staying at Vladimir’s House and we were not disappointed on our return! It is located on its own peninsula surrounded by water, sheep and birds. It had everything we needed and more so. Vladimir was friendly, quick to reply and really helpful. We are already planning our future visits. Thanks Vladimir.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Gastgeberehepaar. Wir haben vier traumhafte Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Der Service war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit auf Ihre Hunderunden mitgenommen. Nicht nur wir waren begeistert sondern auch unser Hund Buddy hat sich von Anfang an heimisch gefühlt und sich Tag für Tag seine Leckerchen abgeholt. Besonders wertvoll waren auch die persönlichen Ausflugstipps. Danke für einen absolut gelungenen Urlaub

Ubicación perfecta, puedes ir caminando a las tiendas y desde Leknes llegas a cualquier lugar de interés en una hora. A pesar de la buena ubicación es un sitio tranquilo y de fácil acceso. El apartamento es muy moderno, bonito y cómodo y está bien cuidado. Y el anfitrión te da independencia. Por poner un mínimo pero, se quedan un poco cortos en detalles como gel (no había), café y otros accesorios de cocina que suele haber en otros alojamientos. En todo caso volvería con los ojos cerrados.

If you’re looking for a place to relax with family, this is a perfect fit. The rental is spacious and well appointed. Everything you need for cooking is available as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away by car. Sven is helpful and responsive to questions. The environment is quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

Appartement agréable dans lieu calme. Cuisine bien aménagée. Laddawan est très sympathique. Literie confortable même si le lit est un peu étroit. Si nous revenons à Solvaer, nous reviendrons chez Laddawan. Nous avons aussi adoré l'île authentique de Skrova.

Lovely place in an even better location! I’ve got to say this was one of the most well-equipped properties I’d been in. They had everything from washing powder, dishwasher tablets and kitchen items, even a pair of binoculars! I’d definitely recommend this place.

A Anne Lise é uma anfitrião maravilhosa, responsiva e disponível. Ajudou-nos com todas as informações que necessitamos. Nusfjord é um paraíso na terra. Não poderia recomendar mais a estadia em Nusfjord e no alojamento da Anne Lise. Tínhamos tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável, sentimo-nos em casa. O facto de ter lugar de estacionamento privado à porta é incrível. A população local em Nusfjord é muito simpática e prestável. A padaria/bakeri é maravilhosa, a melhor das Lofoten. Uma delícia! Tivemos ainda a sorte de ser visitados por um simpático casal de coelhos, que saltitavam contentamente pela floresta atrás da casa. Tudo é maravilhoso ali! Recomendo totalmente. Obrigada, Anne Lise!

Great place to stay in Svolvær! Close to the ferry and short walk to the hike start. Natalie is very nice and helpful. Strongly recommended!

Félicitations pour l'aménagement ! Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement. Très bien situé pour visiter Les Lofoten, à proximité de magasins pour faire des courses. Logement très propre, très bien aménagé, très bien équipé, tv connecté. On y était très bien et nous gardons l'adresse pour notre entourage !Hôtes réactif merci beaucoup à Andrè et Ida !

We had a great stay at Beate’s place. Communication with her was fast and easy—she was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, close to grocery stores and other shops, which made getting what we needed really simple. Everything was as expected, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastisk fin og praktisk leilighet. Den hadde kjempegod plass og absolutt alt du trenger for å trives på både korte og lange opphold. Veldig sentralt for å utforske hele Lofoten. Vi brukte tre dager og fikk oppleve utrolig mye. Og vi sov veldig godt i det stille og rolige området som leiligheten lå i. Tusen takk for flott opphold!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ausserhalb von Svolvær. Mit dem Auto aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig und befindet sich angrenzend an einen Wald und See. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich durch Peder und seiner Katze begrüsst. Er nahm sich die Zeit, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Terrasse, inkl. Grill. Top, wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen.

Le contact avec Per Willy a été particulièrement cordial. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de rentrer dans un logement douillet et chaud. Des boissons avaient été gentiment mises à disposition dans le réfrigérateur et des petites friandises nous attendaient. Les condiments, le café et le sucre étaient à disposition. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, à l'entrée du village de Reine, nous permettant de rejoindre à pied de magnifiques points de vue. Le stationnement étant payant pratiquement partout dans les Lofoten, il est particulièrement agréable d'avoir une place de parking à côté du logement. A conseiller sans hésitation !

Vi havde fornøjelsen af at bo 8 dage over påsken i Rogers lejlighed i Ballstad. Vi er rejst hjem utrolig glade og tilfredse. Lejligheden ligger skønt og centralt med gåafstand til alt ligefra indkøb til vandreruter til busstoppested. Indtjekning gik super nemt og uden problemer. Lejligheden levede helt op til billederne. Sengen og dyner var gode. Badeværelset havde en god bruser og var rent og nydeligt. Køkkenet manglede intet og stuen indbød til hygge. Udenfor var der bord og bænk vi spiste frokost ved og nød udsigten. Det var en stor luksus, at vi ikke skulle gøre hovedrent, men blot lægge håndklæderne i vasketøjskurven. Det siger vi tak for. Alt i alt følte vi os utrolig hjemme, og kunne sagtens havde taget en uge mere. Vi vil anbefale stedet og Roger som vært til alle som skulle ønske at besøge Ballstad. Roger var en fantastisk vært som hjalp os med at komme hjem da ingen busser kørte fra Ballstad. 100% et besøg værd, og et sted vi ønsker at komme tilbage til.

Wir haben die Wohnung genau so vorgefunden, wie sie beschrieben war – sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass Bettwäsche sowie ein grosses und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person bereitgestellt wurden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, inklusive Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sorgen für ausreichend Sichtschutz, und im Schlafzimmer dunkeln sie den Raum hervorragend ab. Die Kommunikation mit Axel war freundlich und schnell – alles lief problemlos. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt rundum gefallen, und wir würden diese moderne Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons bien apprécié notre halte chez Siri Anita, hôtesse très sympathique que nous avons rencontrée. Le logement est très spacieux, lumineux malgré sa situation en rez de jardin et très proche de Leknes. Nous avons fait une très belle randonnée à partir de la maison, selon les conseils de Siri Anita (sommet de Tuva et lacs).
