Super cool place with lots of personality in a neat little town. Great vibe staying in a historic old ice house impeccably converted into a cosy cottage. Fantastic home decor, exactly as pictured on the web. Location was outstanding with an easy walk to the wedding and rehearsal dinner we were there for in town. Perfect home base for adventures in Amador County. Very responsive and communicative host.

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We came to Modesto for a wedding, and had a great stay at Mary's home. It was probably the cleanest rental we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the home was as described. We loved walking in the neighborhood in the evening, and we enjoyed the foosball table! Mary was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Modesto.

Very nice home! Very clean. Stocked with all of the essentials. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Several restaurants and stores nearby. Very responsive host. I’d recommend to other small families looking for a clean and quiet place to get away.

we had family coming in for our daughters' graduations and the house was perfect! close to shopping (Target, Winco, Walmart) and restaurants (Olive Garden Buffalo Wild Wings and other local restaurants). Gas stations close by also. it was HOT this past week so the pool was definitely enjoyed by all😊. 3 car driveway was definitely a plus as well. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. downstairs bedroom is a plus as well as we had an older family member. Definitely would recommend and would book again!

We spent a few nights at this super house with our family. Felt right at home. One of our favorite rentals. Beautiful surroundings. Great hiking and biking trails. Brad was super kind and responsive. Very impressed with everything and would absolutely return. Cool vibe and gold rush towns around the area too. High recommend.

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

Gloria was an excellent host, she responded quickly to the questions I had. the house was super clean an my wife an sister loved how she has decorated it the only draw back was no kitchen table or TV trays to eat on. we were a little spoiled last year with the middle level having the table an grill right there for BBQing same as last year we loved the dock an having are boat right there in the water.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Elise’s place is such a great spot. Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends looking to enjoy the charm of the foothills. Located right in downtown Jackson, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s also a short drive to nearby wineries and fun day adventures like Kennedy Mines, rail cars, Black Chasm Cavern, and Indian Grinding Rock Historic Park. The home is cozy and relaxing, a perfect place to unwind after exploring. Elise made check-in and check-out super easy, and the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local books on the area were much appreciated. A wonderful and reasonably priced stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Newly renovated as described. Very homey and peaceful place. Second time I stay at one of Sree's units and Ive enjoyed my stays both times.

Mesha and Chris are excellent hosts! Their location in midtown Sacramento was exactly as described, fully stocked with amenities and supplies that one would need. They are also highly responsive, always responding to messages quickly no matter what it is. I discovered that the toaster in the unit seemed to be non-functional, and they had another one purchased and sent to me same-day, thus ensuring that I didn't go another day without my toast! Highly recommend, would stay with them again!

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. Beautiful place! The house was everything as described by Jimmy and as mentioned in the reviews. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the house much due to being in Sacramento for a funeral. Jimmy was very responsive. He quickly responded to a question I had.

What a beautiful spacious log home The views are gorgeous that over look the valley. Sunrise and sunset are amazing . We saw a herd of about 20 deer pass through the bottom of the property. You can also see the valley lights from the deck at night. We loved the deck for morning and evening coffee. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of skiing at Kirkwood This is a beautiful home for any gathering , spa retreat , weddings or any type of reception. The home would be easily catered with as there is ample dishes. There is plenty of parking space and a car port entry for guests arriving to the property. The master bedroom is spa quality with a deep jacuzzi tub and large dual shower. All of the amenities are top quality. Everything was in perfect condition and we were even welcomed with juice for the kids and a cold beer for the adults. A small intimate wedding over looking the valley below would be a picture perfect setting. We can’t wait to hold our next birthday here.

Sang’s home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious — perfect for our group getaway. The house was well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We cooked, enjoyed time out on the boat, and had such a great time as a family. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process.
