The house and gardens are as beautiful as pictured. Our group of 11 enjoyed plenty of space for board games and meals. For the amount of space and beauty, it was a fantastic deal! Pros: - lots of space - beautiful gardens - plenty of parking - walkable to some restaurants, a coffee shop, etc - kitchen was well set up for meal prep - the place was clean and the check in/check out was easy to navigate Cons (none that would prevent us from staying again!) - some of the furniture is worn in the bedrooms and library - the beautiful stained glass also meant lots of light coming in at night/early morning. For light sleepers, being an eye mask - it took us a while to find all 4 thermostats to adjust so the first night was quite warm in parts of the house Overall, beautiful and a great stay! Thank you.

This home is an unexpected gem in the middle of the city. It is spacious, updated and well stocked. The pool was perfect. The setting is serene and the smell of flowers wafted through the air while we gathered in the expansive outdoor area. This is an amazing home for a family gathering. Denise was professional and accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our time at "the cottage "!

Great place with a great host once again.

This is a wonderful place for a big family. We all had a nice cozy place to sleep, plenty of room to sit around and visit and big dining room table for meals. The kitchen is great and has all you need. We were able to go for walks, play disc golf and croquet as well as family games in the house. Any time I had a question for Beth, she was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place.

Could not have imagined a better spot to stay for our first tournament of the season. Perfect space for team bonding between days. Beautiful backyard and deck and PLENTY of beds.

This was the perfect place for my large family (7 children). We were in town for a week long basketball tournament. Mike and Nancy are wonderful hosts. They are completely attentive and actively worked to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The house is unbelievably stocked for an Air B&B. Every conceivable need has been thought of and planned for. The place was spotless. The kitchen is full of everything you need to stay in and cook. The bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There are more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone. The location and setting is perfection. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood but still near everything in Springfield. The backyard is beautiful and the fire pit and hammock was put to nightly use. We can’t say enough about our experience. This is one of the good ones! We will definitely be returning next year! Thanks Mike and Nancy!

The house was amazing, exactly as the pictures showed, although the pictures dont do it justice. The main floor bedroom suite was stunning, but we would have felt more comfortable with curtains that we could close. The downstairs was anazing with the gameroom and theater room. The outside seating, tables & fire pits were also pretty cool. All in all, one of the better places that we have been to.

Just perfect for our trip and close to the country club. Beds were great and the house had plenty of space. We would defiantly stay again if in the Joplin area.

We needed a place to stay due to a last minute trip for a precious family member. It was super easy to book. Beautiful surroundings. Very close to our loved one. Tons of space. Cozy setting. Quick responses and positive, friendly communication. And my kids fell in love with the barn cats and watched them in action! Thank you for helping us do what we needed to do so quickly!

The Blue Heron was a great space for our family to gather for our 3 night stay. I was relieved there weren't breakables, especially no glass tables, so we didn't have added stress. We had room for our three little grandsons to play, thankfully, since it rained the entire time we were there. The finished basement was an awesome space with a giant table for Lego building. We had plenty of bedrooms for our seven adults. Knowing our grandsons would want to bunk with grandpa, I brought their cots and the adult size cots fit with extra room to walk around in the master bedroom. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was clean and stocked with items we needed to cook. The oven is old but it worked. Emily was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the amenities provided made our trip even more enjoyable. The game room was a huge hit with our kids and kept them entertained for hours. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly addressing any questions or minor issues that came up during our stay. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway!

The house was as expected and we enjoyed the large living area with ample seating for our group. Rear and curb side parking easily accommodated our family. We enjoyed our stay.

We have now stayed at Andi's place twice. The house is beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of bath towels. Highly recommend, if you have a larger family and all want to stay together, this is your place! We look forward to staying again!

This is the best Air BnB we have stayed at. Not only was the cabin in a beautiful location, but the cabin itself was incredibly clean and organized. This was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Adam’s place was perfect for our family. We especially value well kept/cleanliness, feeling safe, individual quiet space yet functional shared space. This was all of those things plus a fun rustic decor. Made for a great family trip with our adult children, their spouses and babies. Whoever cleans the house does a fantastic job. I’m a “super smeller” and there were no off smells and no bothersome artificial chemical fragrances. Just a well maintained and clean home. Details like 100% cotton bedding, cotton towels, quality mattresses, cool a/c and comfortable seating for all, went a long way. Our 5 kids are particular and all commented how pleased they were with this rental. We also accessed the resort tennis courts, basket court and a playground by a beautiful pebble creek. Terrific stay.

This was a large, clean space in a great location! We had two families with a total of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids and it was more than spacious enough. Very close to Silver Dollar City and has access to pools and other things to do. Google maps takes you to the first gate which you can’t enter. You must go to the next gate for entrance. All in all a very nice place to stay! Everyone we contacted with questions was very willing to help!

Our stay at the lodge was great! The space was perfect for 7 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed so many things at the resort - pickleball, pools, etc- and in the area - Table Rock Lake, DP Stampede, horseback riding, and many other things. Rosh was a great host. Clear instructions, plenty of suggestions (Billy Gail’s was great) and extremely responsive. It was HOT and the AC was struggling one day and he had someone out with 60-90 minutes to get it fixed and followed up several times to ensure no more issues. We would definitely recommend staying at the lodge with Rosh as the host!

Highly recommend staying here! Natalie & Brad went above and beyond to be sure the pool was open when we were coming to stay. We had missed that the pool wouldn’t be open when we had planned our stay and they set the pool up and opened it early for us. Great location!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. The responses were quick and helpful when I had questions. I could not have had a better host.

I can’t say enough good things about Hawk’s Nest! The location is perfect - tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Branson but still close enough to get to anything within 15-20 minutes. The cabin is incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious! We loved using the hottub in the evening after a day out on the town, and my 4 year old niece loved the playground that was a stones throw away from the cabin. We appreciated the extra towels/blankets, and all the little amenities provided by the hosts! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals! We are already talking about booking Hawks Nest again in the future! It was an amazing stay!!
