The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.
