In 5 minutes at the Bregenz Festival (directly on Lake Constance) with the nearby S-Bahn! Central and yet close to nature, the apartment "Jannersee" is located on the edge of the Lauteracher Ried and thus somewhat away from the noise of the city. The Jannersee (within walking distance 15 minutes) is a wonderful reed lake that invites you to swim and linger. (Attention, insider tip!) The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.
