The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a calm environment. In the old part visible log walls and several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm and has new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and a lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

Leave the shower & come to a little idyll. Here you live without neighbors into the knot. The house is recently renovated and have a cozy “cottage” feel to it in all simplicity. Next to the house you will find hiking trails, the creek and nature sweets like mushrooms & berries. Very nice swimming area is 4km away. In Ljustorpsån you can go fishing, swimming and paddling. In winter, the location offers you very nice scooter opportunities as the trail goes just next to the house. Bed linen is not included but can be booked for SEK 100 per person. Petrol/shop 3km

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. This is a cozy farmhouse located in close proximity (about 15m)to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is located geographically close to everything in the High Coast, 5km to the High Coast Bridge 2 miles to the National Park, from here you quickly get up on the E4 from our farmhouse. In the cottage there are sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels provided for each guest before you arrive. We will take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the linens. We use self check-in!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sundsvall! The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, Mikael were quick to respond and helpful with all our questions. We also appreciated being able to bring our small dog, who loved exploring the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. We only stayed one night, but would happily come back for a longer stay.

We had a lovely night in one of the wigwams. The host gave us good advice on how to reach the place, since I wasn't used to driving through the snow. The route from Stockholm was really fine and although it was around -10, it was so cosy and warm inside. We loved the bantu-snow experience and had a great Christmas dinner. The surroundings are beautiful. Thanks a lot for sharing this wonderful place and making it so cosy.

We had a fantastic stay at Cassandra's place. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a beautiful view of the lake. Waking up to that view every morning was a highlight of our trip. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking options nearby. We spent our days exploring the trails and our evenings relaxing with the stunning lake view. Cassandra was a wonderful host, providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed. Overall, we highly recommend Cassandra's place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. We can't wait to come back!
