Gårdshuset är fullt utrustat, vackert inrett och har rofylld miljö. I gamla delen synliga timmerväggar och flera av rummen har utsikt mot sjön. Huset är 130 kvm och har nytt kök och badrum med klinker, golvvärme och ljuvlig dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt & grillplats ni kan använda. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas.

Lämna bruset & kom till en liten idyll. Här bor du utan grannar in på knuten. Huset är nyligen renoverat och har en mysigt ”cottage” känsla över sig i all enkelhet. Intill huset hittar du vandringsleder, bäcken och naturens godis som svamp & bär. Mkt fin badplats finns 4km bort. I Ljustorpsån kan du både fiska, bada och paddla. På vintern erbjuder läget dig mkt fina skotermöjligheter då leden går strax bredvid huset. Sängkläder ingår ej men kan bokas för 100kr per person. Bensin/affär 3km

Detta är ett mysigt gårdshus som ligger i nära anslutning (ca 15m)till huvudbyggnaden. Wifi. Netflix Noraström ligger bra till geografiskt nära till allt i Högakusten ,5km till Högakustenbron 2 mil till Nationalparken, härifrån kommer du snabbt upp på E4 från vårt gårdshus. I stugan finns lakan, örngott, påslakan samt handdukar framlagda till varje gäst inför att ni anländer. Vi tar hand om städningen efter ert besök, inklusive tvätt av sängkläderna. Vi använder oss av självincheckning!

Du bor alldeles bredvid Bergsåkers travbana. Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Städning, sängkläder och handduk ingår i hyran.

Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sundsvall! The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, Mikael were quick to respond and helpful with all our questions. We also appreciated being able to bring our small dog, who loved exploring the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. We only stayed one night, but would happily come back for a longer stay.

We had a lovely night in one of the wigwams. The host gave us good advice on how to reach the place, since I wasn't used to driving through the snow. The route from Stockholm was really fine and although it was around -10, it was so cosy and warm inside. We loved the bantu-snow experience and had a great Christmas dinner. The surroundings are beautiful. Thanks a lot for sharing this wonderful place and making it so cosy.

Le chalet était géographiquement idéalement placé, à moins de 5 km de Sundsvall. Le quartier était calme et le logement avait beaucoup de charme. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir une salle de bains et de quoi cuisiner. Le fait d’avoir une terrasse était aussi appréciable. Le contact avec Eléonore était chaleureux.

We had a fantastic stay at Cassandra's place. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a beautiful view of the lake. Waking up to that view every morning was a highlight of our trip. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking options nearby. We spent our days exploring the trails and our evenings relaxing with the stunning lake view. Cassandra was a wonderful host, providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed. Overall, we highly recommend Cassandra's place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. We can't wait to come back!
