Welcome to one of Sundsvall's best locations in a villa with beach plot in Njurunda. In addition to a room with five beds, private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. There is also a swimming area below the house and a heated pool. If you want to have a barbecue, borrow bikes or a boat, contact us and we'll sort it out. Avkopplande boende mitt i natursköna Höga Kusten. Ulvvik i Nordingrå. Högt beläget med vacker utsikt över landskapet och kvälls sol. Njut av ett värmande bad samtidigt som ni blickar ut över den storslagna utsikten, eller varför inte blicka upp mot stjärnorna när mörkret faller på. Närhet till vandringsleder, vacker natur och fina utflyktsmål. Huset har en yta på cirka 110 kvadratmeter och en rymlig uteplats i bästa läge. Har ni frågor så hjälper jag gärna till. Hos oss bor du bekvämt i vår mysiga gäststuga, imitt i vackra Höga Kusten och med nära till många populära utflyktsmål, bad, vandringsled, skidspår, affärer, restaurang bensinmack. Elbilsladdare oinärområdet. Här finns ett välutrustat litet kök, matplats, allrum med soffa och öppen spis med pelletskorg. Trivsamt sovloft, egen ingång och egen altan. Grill finns att låna. Charmig naturnära stuga med härlig stor trädgård.

Välkommen till detta unika lantliga boende med en mysig och hemtrevlig atmosfär. Platsen ligger naturskönt mitt i vackra Höga Kusten och är en perfekt utgångspunkt för stora och små äventyr och upplevelser. Runt den renoverade stugan finns en stor och vacker trädgård med egna fina uteplatser att njuta på. Boendet har en hall, ett välutrustat pentry, matplats och ett mysigt allrum samt ett sovrum med två sköna sängar. Dusch/toalett finns i närliggande byggnad (50m) precis som i svunnen tid.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Eller bada från klipporna endast 50 meter från tomten - eller i jacuzzin som finns några steg från husets balkongdörr och är varm året runt. Grilla på strandens grillplats och njut av utsikten. Vårdkasen finns två mil bort, för skidor på vintern eller mountainbike på sommaren.
