Also on the ground floor there is a wellness from which there is a view of the pool, terraces and greenery through large glass walls. The pool is 48 square meters in size, of which part is for children with a depth of 0.5 m and for adults with a depth of 1.5 square meters and has a hydromassage. The activity space extends through the entire basement of the house, and there is also an additional kitchen and a fireplace that completes the experience. In the basement there is also a garage with 2 parking spaces and 6 bicycles for riding around the city, while the fully fenced plot offers another 4 parking spaces. On the first floor of the house there is a study, 4 rooms with bathrooms, each room with access to the terrace and 1 room in the attic. The house is air-conditioned and all rooms have central heating. In addition to the internal staircase, the floors are interconnected by an elevator. The house is located near the marina, but also all other interesting facilities as well as the center of ancient Pula, which abounds in cultural and historical sights.
