Vacation rentals with beach access in Ližnjan

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super clean apartment, lovely private terrace, facing a huge fig tree. Very quiet, no noise at night. Bus stop, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants - all are just in few minutes. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi in the apartment. Kamenjak park is a beautiful place for a long walk, cycling (I'd recommend e-bike), sunbathing, cliff jumping, and taking pictures of the magnificent coastline. Safari bar is worth visiting :) Some places like beach bars and bike rents are cash only, as well as taxi. Bus schedule should be double checked on the side of Tisak kiosk in front of the Bell Tower, also there you can buy a daily card for bus. Barbara was always responsive and helpful, very easy to communicate.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. The terrace is very nice and we felt very comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and eager.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered us her help. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! The apartment was lovely, so clean and everything you could possibly want. It has a little balcony with 2 loungers and a table and 4 chairs. It’s about a 30min walk outside of Pula but the views of the marina were worth being on the outskirts and the beaches are close by. A little supermarket is a 5 min walk. Sanja was very responsive to any questions and recommended lots of places to eat. She speaks really good English. Sanja recommended Bolt taxi which was really great and reasonable, but the driver took us to the back of the apartment. So just make sure it’s the correct road. We couldn’t find the apartment as the number wasn’t shared and there are 4 in the block, however neighbour was really helpful. It was quiet so the restaurants weren’t very busy.

The apartment and garden were lovely and just as described. It was a very peaceful area with fantastic views of the sea and the marina. The garden was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful planting and the views. There are some excellent restaurants very close by, and it's an easy walk to the marina and beach, also just a 10 minute walk to the old town and church. Petra was super responsive, very friendly and flexible. Google maps is slightly deceptive when looking for directions to the apartment - it is much easier and closer to town than it seems on google maps! Petra was extremely helpful in sending clear directions as to how to get there. We would definitely come back if we're in the area again. All round a lovely relaxing place to be.

Everything was great except some ants in the apartment. But Anka quickly helped us out and even gifted us some homemade liquor at the end!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

Nena's house is amazing. The location in the middle of the small, picturesque center of Fazana, the design and layout of the rooms, the equipment of the kitchen, the small protected courtyard behind and the terrace in front of the house - everything just sensational! We were 9 people (3 generations) and had enough space to sleep, wash (3 bathrooms/toilets), cook, play, eat. Since it was even cooler, we were able to use the air conditioning on the upper floors and the cozy wood-burning stove on the first floor. It was cozy and romantic From the house, you can walk to the small harbor with restaurants, two cafes and a bar (maybe more in summer) and the pier to Brijuni Island in 1-2 minutes. 5-10 minutes walking distance there are many beautiful different swimming options: gravel, stone or concrete. Jetties and 2 barrier-free accesses. Nenad was not there at the time. But Milan welcomed us warmly, looked after us perfectly and even organized wood for the stove. Thank you, we'll be back any time.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
