Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Livorno

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We had an amazing time at Mario & Cristina’s place. The house was absolutely beautiful, (and has a really cool history; it was fun to stay in such a historic building) and the garden was so so lovely! (We loved hanging out with Signore Tartaruga! 🐢) Located right in beautiful medieval San Gimignano, close to everything you need (especially the world’s best gelato at Dondoli’s!) It was a wonderful stop on our honeymoon and San Gimignano will have a special place in our hearts forever! Grazie mille Mario e Cristina! We hope we can return one day!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

We had a very nice stay in Livorno. The apartment is clean, centrally located and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. We were also particularly pleased with the welcome basket with many snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in a very nice area. Inside is well furnished, clean and confortable. Susanna described well the checkin and always answered punctually to any question.

The apartment is as described, very clean and the furniture is modern. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. A few steps away is the Venezia neighborhood, and the new fortress is 2 minutes away. If I return to Livorno, I will try to stay with Lyudmila again.

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

The experience at the apartment was beyond our expectations! Very nice apartment, very clean house, ample space and fragrant linen. It has a great location 100 meters from the new fortress and a 15-minute walk from the port. I recommend the apartment to anyone, there are 65 steps to get there, but it's really worth it, we are a family of 4 with a 2-year-old child. Congratulations and thank you for your hospitality.

Luana and Antonio are very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. From booking to check-in, the very fast communication, a successful vacation. Luana and Antonio are definitely recommended as hosts. All you can say about the apartment is that it is very clean and well equipped. There's nothing missing. We enjoyed it very much. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, bars, quiet places as well as those where life pulsates. Luana and Antonio = 10/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for your hospitality. 😊😁

The apartment was very stylishly furnished and well located to explore the city on foot. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was fun to cook there. Communication with Elisa was perfect and we were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. The bathroom was small but functional. Unfortunately, we were too warm at night despite air conditioning, as the bed is built directly under the roof. The water pump was also quite loud (even if no water was running). Overall, we can definitely recommend the apartment if you don't have a problem with steep stairs :)

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Together with my girlfriend, I had a wonderful week in the apartment. We arrived and were impressed by the size of the apartment and all the luxury! Everything our heart desired was present. Because I love cooking myself, I was very happy with the large kitchen. It was a pleasure to make a nice meal here in the evening and if we wanted to eat out, we could reach everything on foot. Also, the private parking space was a very nice addition. We also liked to use this and could easily do groceries or drive to the beach. I would highly recommend it to everyone. And would come back here if I come to Livorno again!
