House vacation rentals in Livingston County

We had a beautiful stay here over Memorial Day weekend. I grew up nearby and was visiting to catch up with old friends. The house is extremely comfortable, nicely furnished, and well stocked. And spotlessly clean! The location is fantastic, right outside the park and a few minutes walk or drive to Main Street, the supermarket, and all the restaurants. I’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious house with plenty of household items provided like pool towels, Kcups, and plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc. Pool, hot tub, and game room kept kids and adults entertained the entire week. WiFi/cell service isn’t great, especially on the pool deck/porch/patio areas which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing to disconnect during our stay. TV in upstairs master bedroom didn’t work enough to actually watch it (turns on but freezes repeatedly, remote worked off and on etc) We definitely WANT to book this house again but would need confirmation that the A/C is more dependable/consistent as the downstairs bedroom/bathroom were FREEZING COLD while all the other bedrooms were hot and uncomfortable (and the weather was only in the 60s/70s during our stay). Vibe was very responsive and came to assist with pool the next day when there was a concern. Staff was very friendly and proactive overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy lake cottage! It was perfect for our party of 9 and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Josh and Nicole were great hosts who were extremely responsive. The house has everything you need for a group stay with the pool, hot tub, fire pit large yard and game room. It worked out great for our 4 family group of 16. The house is just a little odd in the overall layout but it was fine for our group. The horses were beautiful to watch out the back as well. It was a short drive to Letchworth, which was truly awesome. The town of Nunda looked like a great spot with cute little shops, a great ice cream place, and very clean and nice. Overall it was a great trip and place to stay and would definitely go back.

Second visit, house and environment is beautiful. Richard is accommodating and kind. Would recommend this listing to anyone.

Christopher and his team were great to deal with. Since we live locally we had requested a pre- booking visit to see if the property would meet the needs of our group, Christopher was very responsive and accommodating of our request. Our stay was off season and did not involve lake activities therefore the area was very quiet. There was ample parking, we were able to park 7 vehicles ( small to mid size SUVs) in the driveway with ease. The lower level family/game room with the lake view was amazing, we spent most of our time in this space. We loved the house are looking forward to scheduling another visit.

Best birthday ever because of this host and stay was comfy for our family 8 adults 3 children. very communicative and easy check in/ out. We brought our own kayaks and gqmes but they hqd some too. We fished off the dock, used kitchen and main living room....which has an amazing view and is very spacious. We put a queen air matress on it and it suited us well. seven steep steps down to the house and many more steps to the lake. Be mindful if you have anyone with physical limitations, bedrooms are upstairs with a patio we used on the main floor with a pull-out. We had enough parking accrossed the street and in the front of the house. It is right on a beautiful lake, friendly neighbors, and we went to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed Ember Fire and Solitude. Thank you Eric and Courtney for an amazing week in June. We would definately like to stay again.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Our family of 9, including 3 grandchildren had a wonderful visit. The house was beautifully designed ; it allowed incredible views of the lake and its surroundings. The kitchen was well designed with new appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. It was well supplied with dishes, etc . The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the separate levels of decking that allowed plenty of relaxing and enjoyment of the beautiful views.

Joan and Marinus are wonderful hosts. Extremely responsive and helpful with any request. Their lakeside home is exceptional! Very comfortable, clean and welcoming to our family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and viewing the sunsets across the lake. Excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this home. Looking forward to returning next year.

Without reservation, we highly recommend Gina's home. Her communication was outstanding, the house was spotless, roomy, comfortable, well stocked, and in a very nice neighborhood. From the Keurig to the Charmin', there was nothing else that could be desired.

As lovely as the home is in pictures, it’s even better in real life. It was extremely clean, had a great vibe, and was super comfortable. The master bathroom - WOW! Stunning! We were only there one night, but would have loved to stay longer. If we’re back in the area I absolutely would not hesitate for a second to book this place again!

Staying at Captain Frank’s was a delightful experience especially with the lake views of Honeoye! The deck was pleasant and every room was very clean.

Amy was a very attentive host and easy to communicate with. This was my second time staying at the Reed House and love the place.

The house was beautiful and better than the pictures. There was lots of room for socializing and sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with the essential appliances (blender, toaster, coffee etc). The hot tub and spa area was the perfect place to relax and entertain. We loved the house and enjoyed the outdoor deck and garden spaces!

Very comfortable stay at Cozy Cottage . Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the washer and dryer was in good condition ( soap was supplied). We have lived son Conesus Lake & knew the area. Cottage is on the south end in a quiet section of the lake .

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was better than expected and we felt right at home. We had fun in the lake and watched the sun rise in the morning. Shaun has a thorough guide of nearby restaurants and wineries. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Lots of places to sleep and in a great location!

The house and surrounding property were awesome for a weekend get away. The back porch/patio were perfect for enjoying the sunrise/sunset and the are was private and peaceful. Pond was well maintained and the hot tub and amenities were well kept.
