Waterfront vacation rentals in Livingston County

Totally enjoyed our stay and our interaction with the Hist. While the unit is a one bedroom, it is generously spacious. Living room, dining area, kitchen were all over sized. The bedroom was a perfect size and the beds were very comfortable. We typically stay at a hotel when visiting the area. We are so glad we found this location and plan to rent this unit and the larger ones on our next visit to see family in the area.

The stay here was perfect! Very clean, great location, and good kitchen amenities! After a day out at letchworth we were able to cook a beautiful little feast with the kitchenware provided and was all easy to clean.

The apartment was roomy and neat. Outside on the patio, beautiful views, sound of the water lapping, some ducks! While the stairs were not a problem for our party, they might be for some people. We had such a great time! Good restaurants nearby, Deer Run winery, kayaks available and comfy beds all added up to a restful visit. Would book again!

We had a great time and spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking Conesus Lake. Next door is a Full Restaurant and an additional Bar and with Pub food. We had 2 grwat meals there. We will definitely Book this place again The owners and staff at the restaurant were great to work with. 5 stars

Our stay at this 3-bedroom lakefront penthouse was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the panoramic views of Conesus Lake visible through the expansive windows and from the spacious balcony. The penthouse is beautifully appointed—clean and very comfortable. The open-concept living area made it perfect for relaxing with family, while the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. Each bedroom was cozy and private, especially the master suite with its own lake view. Waking up to that scenery each morning was amazing! The location couldn’t be better—right on the water, with easy access for kayaking. It’s close enough to local wineries, hiking trails, and charming small towns, yet peaceful and secluded for a true escape. Highly recommend this penthouse.

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

Second visit, house and environment is beautiful. Richard is accommodating and kind. Would recommend this listing to anyone.

This lake house was wonderful! The view along with how beautiful the house was made the weekend perfect! Loved how close it was to beachcomber!! We had the best experience! The hosts were great very nice and friendly! They were super responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to get the A/C going lol Definitely one of the best lake house experiences ever!

This was my first time booking an AirBNB, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The listing is jam packed with details, and the house exceeds expectations. Very clean, full of amenities, and Josh was so great about answering questions. If you’re considering this place, do it!

Best birthday ever because of this host and stay was comfy for our family 8 adults 3 children. very communicative and easy check in/ out. We brought our own kayaks and gqmes but they hqd some too. We fished off the dock, used kitchen and main living room....which has an amazing view and is very spacious. We put a queen air matress on it and it suited us well. seven steep steps down to the house and many more steps to the lake. Be mindful if you have anyone with physical limitations, bedrooms are upstairs with a patio we used on the main floor with a pull-out. We had enough parking accrossed the street and in the front of the house. It is right on a beautiful lake, friendly neighbors, and we went to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed Ember Fire and Solitude. Thank you Eric and Courtney for an amazing week in June. We would definately like to stay again.

This listing was all we could’ve asked for and more! We booked Toby’s lake house for a last minute MDW getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The property is steps away from beautiful Conesus Lake. There is so much natural light in the living room — drinking coffee in the morning looking out onto the lake was a dream. We were having difficulty figuring out how to use the grill and Toby responded right away. Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Would love to come back again.

Firefly Cove was extremely well appointed and clean! The view is beautiful and the home has wonderful outdoor spaces. Kathryn was incredibly helpful and responsive…would absolutely stay here again!

What a great space! Enjoyed family time and look forward to not less than annual rental here. We will be back!
