Welcome to Larkinville! A lively but quaint neighborhood with walkable restaurants, shops, breweries and is pretty much 20 minuets from everywhere in Buffalo and our surrounding suburbs. Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. There are dogs that use the back yard.
