Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Litchfield by the Sea

We had such a great stay here! Paul and Christine were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming of us and our 10 year old chatty Corgi mix. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out in, including a beautiful enclosed dog run in the back that has a hammock, chairs and garden. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, and walkable to nearby restaurants (we drove because of the dog). The location is perfect for Murrells Inlet and the drive to the beach was only about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Jimmy was extremely hospitable and communicative and friendly. Close to beach, lots of restaurants, paved bike trail, golf. Enjoyed the personal touches—snacks, coffee pods, access to bikes. Would definitely consider another visit. Thank you, Jimmy!

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

Needed a little time away for fun and relaxation. Place was Great. Very clean and host was responsive to any questions- would recommend! It was a Great getaway! Thanks!

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

The kind of place you'd like to keep a secret but can't because others will appreciate it too. Very very comfortable, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Extremely clean and well kept. We'll definitely be back until our home is completed.

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

Highly recommend Beach Brums, 2-minute walk from the beach, very well appointed home, loved the porch, outdoor shower, amenities, extremely clean, safe and quiet area, just loved the entire vibe and experience. This is a high-value, better than pictured stay. Thank you to hosts Chris and Nancy for providing a beautiful near the beach home and great recommendations. We visited for a family wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy the beach and local atmosphere. We will return!

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

Our family of 6 with young adult and teen kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! The house is new, beautiful, clean, and is the perfect mix of home and resort. We enjoyed family game nights, meditative mornings on the balcony, comfortable space for all, and all we would need for days at the beach. April is an extremely responsive host and created a home that anticipated all of our needs.

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

Our family recently had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking views. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was truly magical. The house itself was perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids loved playing on the beach just steps away from our door, while we enjoyed lounging on the deck soaking in the stunning beach view. Ged and Danielle were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or checking in to see if we needed anything, their hospitality made us feel right at home. Book this home. You will not regret it.

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

Pelicans Perch was very private, relaxing and clean. Plenty of space and they have everything you need and things that you don’t think of but have on hand. The host was spot on responding and very friendly. There are excellent restaurants and grocery stores less than 7 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! I cannot say enough about how much we loved Ruthie’s Place! It was beautifully appointed and the view was so peaceful . Everything from the linens to the kitchen utensils were top notch. The home had anything you could possible need and more. By far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in.

Ideal place for a quiet relaxing vaca! Brett was quick to respond and condo was clean and had basics like garbage bags, coffee and filters. Can’t wait to come back

This was our 5th trip to Murrells Inlet and our 2nd time staying in this building. We like that it's not a huge high rise (only 4 stories) and that there is on-site parking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our little get-away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the view was unbeatable and we had some great weather to enjoy the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were some provided in a storage closet. Todd and Mandy were very responsive and accommodating during our trip. We had one hiccup when we arrived and they responded very quickly with a phone call and assistance. We definitely enjoyed our stay at "A Wave from It All"!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was spotless — extremely clean with no bad smells. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the fresh white sheets and towels (plus extra beach towels — a thoughtful touch!). All the appliances worked perfectly, which made things so easy. Even though the weather was rainy, we felt totally comfortable and happy spending time inside — it was that cozy and well-kept. The location was fantastic: just a 2-minute drive to a private beach that was clean and uncrowded. The pool, with crystal-clear water, was conveniently located right across the road from the condo. We’d like to give a big thank you to Martin for the outstanding service! It was a pleasure, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Litchfield Retreat. very relaxing the condo is steps from the pool and beach. The home was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Brad was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect!

I could not love this place anymore! This condo had everything we needed and MORE. The entire place was extremely clean & exactly what we paid for. The resort was AWESOME. Anne was a fantastic super-host! She was available for anything we needed, but had provided all we could want and more! There were dog bowls, leashes & treats for our pet. Condo was very comfortable, extremely clean & decorated beautifully. Has a well stocked & equipped kitchen, for preparing fresh seafood meals. Even spices & creamer! As advertised - to say the least. Beach gear included! We highly recommend her home for a wonderful vacay stay! We are looking forward to returning to Nan's Place soon with our pet! Thanks Nan!! ArLisa & Gus

We loved our stay here! We immediately felt right at home and the location was peaceful and very family friendly. Being right on the beach was so convenient and we were also close to enough to drive to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again. This place made our first visit to South Carolina very special.
