We absolutely loved this home. It has everything you need and things you didn’t even know you needed! Loved Bubbles, outside shower, hot tub, location is perfection, tons to do, tons of space, beds are comfortable, and all the beach items you could possibly need. The hosts are very responsive and kind. For a family of six and a 1 year old, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation location. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful, private neighborhood made us feel we had found a hidden gem. Home was very clean and just as pictured. Pete was responsive and we even got to meet him. Wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were seamless. The private beach access was perfect and only a short golf cart ride from the home. We are planning our next trip to stay in Pete’s beautiful home again. I cannot recommend this home enough!

We truly loved everything about our stay at Sunnyside Cottages! It was exactly as pictured and beautifully maintained and very clean! It was the perfect setting for our girls’ getaway, and we had such a great time. That said, we did run into a couple of small challenges that might be helpful for future guests to know. The lighting in the two bedrooms (aside from the master) was quite dim, which made it a bit tricky to see into our suitcases or get dressed, (natural sunlight was perfect with curtain open) especially at night when we had to use our phone flashlights to find things. Also, there wasn’t a full-length mirror anywhere in the house, which made getting ready with a group of 8 ladies a bit of a challenge! Of course, those were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things and otherwise it was a wonderful stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly come back, it really was a special trip!

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

Came here to celebrate the wife's birthday, it was exactly as described and pictured. The place was clean and very welcoming "a home away from home." 5 minute walk to the beach and any other stores you need is mins away. Pet friendly and private Adam was friendly and very quick to respond to all questions. His list of recommendations was very helpful when it came to activities. The only small issue we had was the hot tub, something we was looking forward to. There were small bits of sands in it most likely from the last tenants who didn't follow the hot tub rules left on the fences. Other than that our stay here was perfect, would definitely be back again

Great house. Very comfortable and had everything to cook Thanksgiving meal. They had everything we needed.

We had a great stay (January-February)! The plan to escape a month of new England winter was made more enjoyable with the stay at this condo. We had great space to set up ‘work from home’, cozy area to catch up on Netflix and do a puzzle; and a roomy deck with a relaxing view for morning coffee and afternoon sun! We also loved the access to stores but especially to the the beach. We did not need to contact our host for any issues but trust he’d be responsive if needed.

We have been traveling to Pawleys for a long time and were looking for a nice, clean, pretty home that is walking distance to the beach and also to the grocery store (and my grandmother who is 93 and lives near the food lion and in the mingo drive apartments). This place was fantastic, easy and perfect for our family! We will definitely be back!

Igor's place was fantastic! Grand Palms SC was right off the main road, yet secluded. The shuttle service to the beach was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed the on-site azy river and Polynesian fire show. Igor's place is within driving distance to attractions at Myrtle Beach. Housekeeping refreshed towels, etc halfway through stay. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Igor for a wonderful and peaceful week!

We had a fantastic time in our rental. It was beautiful and as pictures were. Our only issue was the water pressure upstairs in master shower was not great. I would say this is only issue we had. It was in a great area.

Colleen’s place was immaculate! I always take cleaning supplies with me when traveling, but I did not need to use anything! My family and I were completely taken as soon as we stepped into the Airbnb. We felt right at home. Everything was decorated so nicely. I loved the interior shutters so much, that I am planning to have some installed in my own home! Colleen is an amazing host and always responded right away if I had a question. I would 1000% stay here again when visiting the area. I loved everything from the plants to the family picture posted by the welcome center. Colleen has thought of everything you could possibly need when away from home. It’s obvious that everything has been carefully planned and considered for any guest who stays here. Thank you Colleen for opening your home to us! We had an amazing stay!!

Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The outdoor pools were amazing with an onsite bar. Great for families. Close to other local activities.

I took my family down for our first vacation together and all I can say is that it was amazing to stay here!!! It was perfect!! Deff recommend!!
