Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of which is service toilet with washing machine, toilet and sink) and a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen.
