Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Erakkomaja Savukallio – Off-Grid

Do you miss stopping in the middle of nature? Savukallio is a Lappish wilderness cabin that invites you to breathe deeply and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The core idea of the place is: “Everyone is a hermit at heart” – a place to reset the mind and clarify your own thoughts. The cabin, built from old smoke sauna logs, is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and natural wilderness experience for couples and travelers seeking peace and quiet.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Cozy cottage on the beach of Pyhäselkä. The cottage has just been renovated. It has a kitchen, hallway, terrace, sauna and outdoor toilet. The kitchen can accommodate 4 people to sleep. The cottage kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and running water from the lake, also hot. The terrace is covered, with a couch, table set and gas grill. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, outdoor fireplace. There is a rowboat available. A smoke sauna can be arranged separately.

There are excellent fishing opportunities in the lake. Plus, the property is perfect for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. A log cabin with the amenities of a detached house on the shore of Lake Saimaa in Enonkoski. On your own, a wood-burning sauna and a large terrace-like dock. The house is located next to Joutenvesi Nature Reserve - between Kolovesi and Linnansaari National Parks. The unique small islands, coves, and rugged rocky beaches of the water can be explored by a rowboat or kayak included in the rental price. Saimaannorppas are also comfortable in these clean waters of natural tranquility.

Lovely place with a fireplace

Enjoy the steam of a beach sauna in this modernly equipped cottage with the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is just a few steps from the shore of a clear-water pond. From the dock you can swim after the sauna or try your luck at fishing. About 200 meters away, there are hiking trails and ski trails in winter. Lykynlammi's outdoor area with a frisbee golf course is about three kilometers away.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
