Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Even though a small, stylish sauna room is part of our inhabited yard, you'll find peace, nature, privacy, and lovely scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.

Villa Lammenranta Suite

Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. The guest can access a spacious room with their own entrance. There is also a private toilet and laundry room, as well as a washer. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Pets are welcome, there is a 10€ fee. We do not have an electric car charging facility. The nearest fast charging point is 600 meters away.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
