House with aircons, with most services available just nearby , Good transportation options nearby - swimming pool a walk away (paid each head),. Dining area inside - and outside the house. Go to a restaurant or get food delivered on the door. Go to a convenience store. Wash clothes yourself, or deliver to a laundry shop. Need to go longer? Tricycle station a few steps away, jeepney lines to shopping malls and "old town" just up the street. The house is new and well maintained.
