It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

This is our second stay at the house. I highly recommend this place! Very clean and spacious. Had a lot of rooms for a big group. The caretaker is super friendly and helpful. The owner/host is very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. The surrounding is very peaceful. Love the ambience! Will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

Had a good stay at this small compact apartment. It has one bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 single foam mattress on the floor. The place is clean and drinking water was provided. The apartment has several steps from the gate to the main door and it could be an inconvenience if you’re carrying a heavy luggage. The apartment has a lot of stairs going up to the room. The apartment has a cooling unit in the living room which is a bonus. It is located inside a subdivision. Trike is available if you don’t have a private car. It’s around 2km distance to SM mall. The host is very responsive and helpful. Overall our stay was good. Only issue which probably needs looking at is the toilet seat that is wobbly and the shower water pressure needs boosting.

What you see is what you get. First time to book in Airbnb but I didn’t mind the price of this place. Instant book agad because of the view, spacious, and luxurious talaga. Lalo when I found out na rare find siya since booked most of the time. Also, sobrang responsive and helpful ni Ma’am Myrna and her caretakers. Hindi mo mararamdamang first timer mo mag book. Sobrang dami ring available na kainan sa paligid and supermarkets for necessities.

This place is worth the price, especially for family groups. It's super spacious and has a lovely veranda, making it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Highly recommended!

Taeho’s place is definitely worth it for the price. It had everything we needed and felt just like home. The host was super responsive and clear with instructions, which made everything so easy. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The place was clean, smelled really nice, and had a beautiful view of Taal, perfect for relaxing. Everything worked great from the appliances to the internet and beds. My family had an amazing time and we’re so happy we chose this unit. It’s perfect for families or barkadas. Ms. Jennifer was very responsive with my inquiries. She welcomed me as we arrived, she was friendly and accommodating 😊 The place was cozy and clean. We got free essentials like hygiene kits, towels and condiments incase you need to cook. They were very generous, which we felt they really intend to make their guests feel comfortable and have a wonderful stay. AC was strong, WIFI is good and the place has a strong Smart signal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this place if you need to prepare for weddings and events.

The apartment is located in an exclusive Beach-and Country-Club. Therefore only residents or their guests are on the premises. The grounds are kept quite well. It is only a couple minutes of walking to the beach or the pool area / country club. There is a shuttle bus going round as well, but we didn't actually use it since the distances were quite short for walking. Next to the beach there is a pool area, as well as a tennis court, badminton courts, billiard and bowling an other activities. The apartment was very nicely furnished and had all necessary equipment. Tes was a gret host, who provided us with lots of information about the place and suggestions for things to do.

Our family had the best time at Pico. Ms. Ice’s unit is very suitable for our needs and I love that it was close to Pico beach. It was very clean and Sir Al was very responsive to our queries and concerns.

We were looking for a cozy and comfy place to stay, one that functions beyond a space just for sleep. It's where we can cuddle up on a rainy day much like at home. No regrets staying here.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

It was our first time doing this staycation thing and the experience was great, the best part was the complimentary breakfast that only Sir Giboy had. We love the multigrain bread and the pineapple jam to the point that we also ordered for our takeout and pasalubong for our family. The taal view was very mesmerizing especially when you go to the roof deck of the building, it’s breathtaking. Hoping we can stay again in one of Sir Giboy’s listings together with our kids.
