Beachfront vacation rentals in Lipa City

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Ms. Rica definitely knew what it meant, when you say that your place is “Pet Friendly”. Which is why this place was perfect for us. Her only rule was to clean up after our pets and make them wear diapers at all times which is just like what any other responsible fur parent would do. We have 2 fur babies along with us and most of the other listings or resorts we’ve inquired on says that they allow pets or that they are a “pet friendly” place but when you check their rules or you message them, they will say that its okay to bring pets but you have to bring a cage for them or that they cannot stay inside the house or room or that they cannot swim in the pool, or you have to pay an additional fee for them which i find very ironic to their “pet friendly” claim to their place. Good to know that there are places like Ms. Rica’s that allow pets to feel at home, She was very easy to communicate with, very accommodating to all of my queries and very nice!

I believe the accommodation was worth the cost. Ms. Rica was also very responsive to our queries and gave us heads up for any issues we might encounter. Also want to give a shoutout to Ate Erika who helped us during our stay as she was very kind and accommodating to our requests.

The host and staff were very accommodating. Thank you for assisting us during our stay. They respond immediately. And mind you, it was a holiday when we booked so the place has several other guests pa. It so happened that the road was under construction when we booked, and miss Rica advised us of the situation beforehand. The alternative road was kind of scary to pass through on, but that's something we and miss Rica has no control over. We appreciate the instructions she sent us 💖 The locals were also hospitable hehe I don't really like swimming, so I can't say much about the beach. The layout and space of the place is good for us family. It is spacious for us, and the interior is simple. It's giving chill vibes, in my opinion 😌

The Host is accommodating, she allows us to check in early, may time pang magpahinga before the event na pinuntahan. Very responsive, they provide us the things na need namin. This near Taal church. The place is so spacious and clean. Worth the money.

We had a great experience staying at Tito Rey and Tita Edith's place in Playa de San Juan. They are very accommodating and super friendly hosts. Very responsive to our inquiries. The place is very cozy and every corner of their place will give you a plenty of camera-friendly vibes and yes, the place is also beachfront so we enjoyed staring at the sunset More importantly, the rooms are very clean. They also have partnerships with the restaurants nearby so guests can order foods, but they also provide kitchen cookwares upon request guests wants to cook. They also have contacts for the boat rentals with reasonable prices should the guests wants to explore other beaches near San Luis, Batangas. We highly recommend this place if you want to disconnect for a while from the busy metro. We are looking forward to book to their place again someday. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spotless, and the shared kitchen was well-maintained and convenient to use. We especially loved the beautiful sunset view — it was absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway.

Sir Rey and Miss Edith has welcomed us, together with our 3 furbabies. the place is very accessible and is an easy walk to the beach and has complete amenities to cook, they also have a menu for dishes that is reasonably priced. The place is peaceful, private and quiet and is a stone's throw away to the market and stores.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! It was the perfect getaway — peaceful, serene, and beautifully maintained. My parents truly enjoyed their stay and couldn't stop talking about how relaxing and refreshing the whole experience was. The owners were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always available, responsive, and took the time to check in with us, which made all the difference. The atmosphere was filled with so much warmth and tranquility — a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We will definitely be recommending this gem to our friends and family!

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Staying at this open-air treehouse was a great experience. The design blended perfectly with the natural surroundings, and the treehouse itself was cozy and clean. I especially loved the hammock, which provided the perfect spot to unwind. The Host was very responsive, and all the staff were courteous and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene retreat.

This is the perfect place if you're looking for privacy. The location is clean, bathrooms and beds were prepared. Kitchen has complete items for basic cooking. No videoke music. The dogs were all cute and friendly!
