Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Linz

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Hund für 3 Tage im Haus von Michal und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war sauber, modern ausgestattet und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne See in der Nähe, ideal für Spaziergänge oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es weiter.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sabine sehr genossen. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos - es ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir würden hier sofort einziehen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz (wir sind zu viert) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gefrühstückt haben wir - bei Sonnenschein - im Garten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir besonders genossen haben. Es war sehr sauber! Sabine war flexibel beim check-in und die Kommunikation war super. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und haben es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur für ein Wochenende da waren. Wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder :-)

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es war wieder alles perfekt. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und der Ausblick in den Garten ist wunderschön.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Konnten die Umgebung und Balkon genießen.

Ganz toll, wir kommen wieder!

Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft und Marion ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Airbnb ist sehr Zentral , schöne Loft mit sehr schönem Ausblick Kann man aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen

Excellent stay at Christina's place. She's very welcoming, picked me up, gave me a tour of the studio. The space is very well used, as all necessities are cleverly packed. Very clean, quiet at night with the windows shut despite being in a busy neighborhood with lots of amenities. I recommend staying at Christina's place in Linz.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles perfekt und immer gerne wieder 😊

Andy ist ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie eine Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln. Das Bett war sehr bequem – ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Das Badezimmer befindet sich außerhalb des Zimmers.

Wieder alles super, wie die vorigen Zeiten, die ich in der Unterkunft verbracht hab. Immer wieder gern.

I highly recommend Philipp and Petra’s apartment. They were extremely helpful and warm hosts. They even helped me with my laundry . It felt like home away from home. The apartment has everything from slippers umbrellas to a variety of teas! I can just go on and on. I highly recommend their place and thank you so much for hosting us.

We had wonderful stay at Georg’s place.Everything was perfect and Georg was very friendly and responsive.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Apartment von Susanne. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und dem Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft. Susanne hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kinder in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Von Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr, Rausfallschutz hin zu Backpaier, Salz Pfeffer Öl Kafee kapseln Mehl usw. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nichts negatives zu sagen. Wir würden immer wiederkommen

Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc, miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwania, wszystko zgodne z opisem, mieszkanie na poddaszu, ale całkiem przestronne (poza wanną umieszczoną pod dużym spadem dachu, o czym gospodarz informuje w ogłoszeniu, mieszkanie jest dość wysokie i komfortowe). Czysto i schludnie, w mieszkaniu są nawet kwiaty 🙂 Super kontakt z gospodarzem, zawsze szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, ponadto udostępnił nam swoje miejsce parkingowe już od rana. Lokalizacja jest całkiem przyjemna, poza centrum miasta, ale trzeba się trochę wspiąć pod górę 🙂

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Astrid and Bernd thank you for hosting us!!!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!

Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr gemütlich. Franziska hat immer schnell geantwortet und mir sogar mit den Lebensmitteln geholfen. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben! Ich war für 2 Nächte dort und es war wirklich sehr sehr schön.

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!
