Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

We offer accommodation in villas right on the shore of Lake Lipno. The houses are luxuriously equipped, in each of them there are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with toilet, large living room with fully equipped kitchenette, sofa, fireplace and veranda with grill and outdoor furniture. The houses have underfloor heating, 3 TVs, a refrigerator, a preso coffee maker. Our guests also have a free Jackson fishing kayak and an original outdoor Finnish sauna.
