The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

What a spectacular view! Located 1km from centre of town, this house has two queen bedrooms, and a third with two sets of bunks. The property also features 1.5 bathrooms, washing machine, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge that opens up to the large deck area overlooking the magnificent Glenelg River. Blue Ray surround sound with Sony flat screen and DVD library is great addition to have on holidays and the property includes an outdoor setting, gas plate BBQ, and two person kayak.

Peruse rock pools, surf fishing or 4x4 driving. Access to three different beaches, beach launch your boat or drive approximately 10 minute to the nearest boat ramp. Very spacious beach home to fit up to 6-8 people, enjoy time on the balcony, or let the kids play in the secure back yard.

Pelican Point is a peaceful beach town 25 minutes from Mount Gambier. Our secluded little town is the perfect place to get away from it all. We love our little beach shack and hope you will too. With the beach at your doorstep it's impossible not to feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Main shopping is at Mount Gambier, but Carpenters Rocks general store is 2 minutes away. You will be able to see kangaroos feeding at dawn & dusk and in winter the local reserve fills with water creating a lake for all the local bird life.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
