Farmstay vacation rentals in Limestone Coast

Lovely little cottage with a proper rustic feel. It was as clean as it could be. Checkin instructions were perfectly fine for us. Our (lovely) neighbour checking in to the nearby cabin however had trouble in the dark and ended up knocking on our door for a midnight chat leading to a surprisingly wonderful interaction between strangers in a strange place in a late hour of the night. T&J you made our stay entirely memorable. Haha.. Thanks Denise for a comfortable stay, we picked a good temperature day/night to stay.

A perfect place to stop and rest with the family. The grounds are peaceful and a great area for children to explore. The chalets are comfortable, homely and have everything you could need. This was our second visit and we hope to be back again.

Had a great time, had bad luck with the weather so spent most time indoors but the house was great, very cosy, lots of bedding blankets etc. very happy

what stood out was Mel's breakfast provisions which were beyond what we usually get at most B&B'S....more than enough eggs,bacon,good quality coffee,not cheap stuff,bread,the more expensive jam etc.

Ivy's cottage is in a very unique location, tucked away behind a flora and fauna reserve. We enjoyed strolling around the property, visiting the cows, chickens and ducks and saw heaps of kangaroos. We also liked the cosiness of an open fire one night. It felt like a real farm stay experience. The home-cooked bread, biscuits and jam were a treat.

Our group of 4 couples and 6 kids had a fantastic time here over 3 days - we came with provisions so hardly left the property at all. There were kids toys for the little ones, and they had so much fun in the big open spaces. They had fun watching the farm animals too (sheep and horses), and played with the 2 lovely dogs. We also played cricket in the nets, tennis on the court was great fun, we dipped in the pool (albeit a little cold in early November!), went for a few jogs, ambled around beautiful surroundings, and generally had a magnificent time. Thanks Sara and Wal for hosting us, we would happily go back in future.

One of the best air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed at. Mik’s attention to detail is second to none. Will definitely stay again and for longer…. Can’t recommend more highly.AMAZING!!!!!!

A luxurious stay 15-20min north of Robe with easy access to a secluded beach to enjoy the sunset of Mt Benson/Robe. Not enough words can describe how wonderful this property is to stay while you enjoy the surrounds of Mount Benson & Robe, All amenities you could think of was provided esp the Coffee machine. A great entertainers kitchen, expansive ocean views from the living room & decking. Plenty of grass area for children to play. Beach is swimmable but had a lot of seaweed during our stay, so we swam at Town Beach in Robe. Bottle water was kindly provided as water wasn’t overly drinkable from the taps.

I have stayed in BnB's all over SA for work and I have two listings myself, one in SA and one in Bali. Alana and Jay's country cottage is exceptional if you are happy to stay in an amazing cottage in a working cropping and sheep farm! The cottage has everything you'll need..... was spotlessly clean, welcoming and Alana always available for anything you'll need. As a Co-host on Air BnB, I took photos of the little things that Alana has provided and will take them onboard to improve my own Air BnB properties.! The night view of stars with no light 'pollution' of street lights... amazing... Regrets? I didn't get to meet the very friendly sheep dog!!

We had a great stay at Kilsbys Sinkhole, Graham was lovely, taking the time out to provide some background on the region, the water holes and his Gin. The accommodation was lovely and everyone enjoyed the peace and quiet of being out in the country setting. Thanks Graham, much appreciated. Shane

Great experience… always wanted to stay in tiny home! Tara-Jae was nice and easy to communicate with which was a plus to the stay! The place pretty much brand new and well maintained/clean. Has everything you would need!

This is the second time we have stayed at Simon's. We love it for the excellent pool, lovely garden area, multiple living/chilling areas, peace and quiet. Its about 7km from Bordertown and a few km from Mundulla so within a really easy drive for morning cafe coffee and the Bordertown and Mundulla pubs for dinner. The place has a gorgeous panorama at cocktail hour and at night you can see stars forever! A place to unwind and play the many board games and do the tricky jigsaws on offer (and put your phone/streaming service away for a few hours).

One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Worth every dollar thats spent. Thanks for such a peaceful and easy retreat Jo and Graham.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first glamping experience at Steve's place. The tent was spacious and clean, with the electric blanket coming in very handy when temps got near freezing. Fire pits worked great even with some wind and drizzle on the first night. The camp kitchen was fairly well stocked and a handy place to eat in comfort when it rained. Toilets and showers were a good standard. We enjoyed the little bushwalk and the personal archery lesson was a real treat with our very helpful host. Location was quite picturesque and handy for going wine tasting in the Coonawarra and visiting the caves in Naracoorte. The only slight issue was the frost fans being quite loud on the cold night, but this was expected and only for brief periods, which we got used to after a while. All in all we would highly recommend the experience.

Steve was extremely helpful and quick on the Comms - we appreciated flexibility with our booking and the lengths Steve went to make our stay enjoyable (including changing the date). thank you !

It was our first glamping experience and we were not disappointed. The bathroom amenities were clean, warm and private, which we didn't expect. The extra blanket were great. overall we were comfortable from beginning to end. we would highly recommend Pine Country to others. it is also so close to The Blue Lake and Sunken Garden.

We loved our stay! The property was peaceful, clean, and perfect for families. The peaceful surroundings combined with the big yard, orchards, chooks made for a perfect family vacation. Our kids enjoyed collecting eggs, playing in the big backyard, and watching the farm animals. There are books, outdoor play equipments, toys, board games and other fun activities to enjoy. The house itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Place was amazing and the island was cool

What a lovely space. There was ample room for all 8 of us and it was a very pleasant stay. About a 10 min drive from Portland and it made an ideal home base for the weekend as we all got dressed up in our finest for a local wedding. I highly recommend.
