SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. 2 fully equipped rooms (each with a toilet) in a central location. Ideal for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together or for a large group of up to 8 people. Public free parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, coffee shop, mini market, shops nearby. The sea is 250 meters on foot, very easy access by road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, state-of-the-art construction 2024. There are awnings for shade on the balconies.

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.
