Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

My place is close to a pine forest, in a quiet environment overlooking the forest and the mountain. It is located above the center of the village where you can find everything you need and want!Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, shops... Reasons you'll love my place: Next to a forest, they are self-contained vintage-style rooms with a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and free wifi... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Modern beachfront ground floor apartment (90 m2) with large shaded terraces and a private garden with direct access to the beach. The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in tones of white. There are two bedrooms with double king size beds and two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space area with amazing sea views. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (kids must me 2yrs or older).

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

Maries Coast House

Enjoy your stay in a house by the sea with a large terrace and very close to the taverns of the village. A fully equipped house with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a sofa that becomes a bed. It has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and TV with Netflix. The distance from "Platanes" beach, where Aquapark Maries is located, is 100 meters, while "Atspas" beach is 900 meters away.
