Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, Καλώς ήρθατε στη μαγευτική μας εξοχική κατοικία, όπου η παράδοση συναντά τη σύγχρονη αισθητική! Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το Atelies View House είναι ενα δροσερό και φωτεινό διαμερισμα με άνετη κουζίνα και ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Ανυπομονούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε και να σας προσφέρουμε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή! Maria/ Mike/ Kry

Mosquito Beach Studio 2

Ιδιωτικό studio με διπλό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο, μπαλκόνι και εξοπλισμό πρωινού. Είναι 25 τ.μ. Περιλαμβάνει ψυγείο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, smart TV , κλιματιστικό, ασύρματο Ίντερνετ και ζεστό νερό 24 ώρες. Το μπαλκόνι έχει μια υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα και βρίσκεται απέναντι από οργανωμένη παραλία, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μπαρ και beach bar όπως επίσης και super market, αρτοποιία, φαρμακεία, τράπεζα και διάφορα καταστήματα. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός κτιρίου χωρίς ανελκυστήρα.

Located in Mikros Prinos (Mikro Kazaviti), a picturesque village, is suitable for travelers interested in places surrounded by nature and breath-taking view. Nearby you can find traditional taverns with delicious local food. Offers parking, 2 separate rooms, bathroom, refrigerator and portable burners (kitchen utensils for cooking are also provided). Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view that sweeps over the fantastic Aegean Sea and Mount Athos.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιάς, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό Πλάτανο. Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν. Το διαμέρισμα είναι full εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη. Wi-fi super !
