The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Spring is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Large site also suitable as a camper site and enough space for additional tents. The property is completely fenced. Ideal for nature lovers, families with children and short breaks. Pets are welcome. The bungalow is simply furnished and clean with a small sanitary area. The garden has a pool, play area for children with slide and swing as well as a fireplace. Sachsenring, Erzgebirge, Dresden etc. are not far away.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Chemnitz and explore the city and the beautiful surroundings from here. The apartment is nicely spacious for two people, but three or four people can also sleep comfortably thanks to the pull-out sofa bed.
