The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

First of all, I want to mention that I don't write reviews often. But this time it is very important to me, as we have had a very good experience & I fully recommend Stefania. We spent 1 week in Stefania's apartment with our children (6&10). Stefania is an excellent host who always responded quickly & helped us very well with all questions & concerns. It is very warm & helpful. The apartment was nicer & bigger than shown in the photos. Also, the condition is very good, modern & very clean. It is equipped with what you need. A private parking space in the courtyard, 2 balconies,elevator, very good air conditioning (for cold & heat), good bedding & soft well smelling towels were available. Washing machine available if needed. The beaches in Sottomarina (3 min. walk), shopping,the old town&Chioggia are close. There are also frequent buses. The parking garages& restaurants are convenient. Excursion tip: Porto Caleri Botanical Garden.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

The property is centrally located and very easy to find. Valentina and all the staff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! The location is optimal, the beach and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

There were five of us as a family with 3 teenagers in the beautiful accommodation. We lacked nothing, were received very nicely in the office, we were shown everything and we got a lot of tips. The house is friendly bright and completely sufficient for 5 people. The pool and the sea are reached after a few meters, the private beach is well maintained and equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Restaurants and beach bars (more often with live music in the evening) are close by. Excursions around the Po Delta or Venice are super doable. However, we used the beach most of the time. All in all, it was a very successful holiday that we will be very happy to remember. Grazie!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

There were four of us in the apartment. The location is unbeatable right on the beach. The accommodation is functionally equipped with everything you need. Communication in advance went smoothly. We thank you for a few nice days in Italy:)

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very much appreciated as it was very cool and breezy. Cool apartment equipped with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking in the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Quiet, yet centrally located apartment in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Bus departure to Venice from Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Very nice apartment. The location is really convenient, it is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the beach and also well connected to the center. Every corner was taken care of in every detail, the gardens were very well cared for, the apartment was cozy and tidy, making us feel at home from the start. The owners are always helpful and very kind people. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well located place to stay.

Marta and Ivan are excellent hosts. Very friendly, honest and always ready to help. They always helped us with what we needed very quickly.
