Everything was really good. The host is proactive in contact. Check in was easy. Parking lot you can find in front of entrance. Apartment is good. Beach in 100-150 m. places with umbrella on the beache are 18-20€. Free beach in 400-500m. In apartment is very hot, there are 2 fans, it helped a little bit. We get that baby bed from the host, it was very nicely. Thanks again 🙏. Recommended)

Best property I've ever rented on Airbnb in dozens of countries. The apartment is spacious, amazingly beautiful and stylish, with lots of attention to details. It is bigger and looks much better in real life than on the photos. Exquisite design, pristine cleanliness, and high comfort (it was even cooled down in advance before our arrival in these hot Italian summer days). Perfectly located, close to any attraction or store you might need to go in Lugo, while Lugo is perfectly located in the region to travel to other towns. Your very own parking is a big plus. The apartment has everything one might need. And if you need anything more, Paola is a super host to address your needs, very friendly, responsive, always there to help and advise, and dedicated to guests' comfort. Our stay couldn't be any better. Highly recommend and would love to come back again.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of the day with plenty of seating. Of the bicycles available, we used one, the rest we took ourselves, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we'd come back any time. Thanks again.

This accommodation is a real slice of heaven in the middle of the fields. We were seduced from the driveway leading to the property. And even more by discovering it. The garden is sublime. The outbuilding in which we stayed is very nice, the photos don't do it justice. For the rest: the kitchen is great for cooking and eating on site, the bathroom is just right with the necessary (hair dryer), the bedding is comfortable! There was enough for breakfast, great! The pool was still a little cool at this time, but it's large, it's great for swimming a little or just having fun 😊 We didn't visit the surroundings, but there are a few restaurants and a local shop for shopping. Finally, a few words for our hosts: welcoming, warm, charming, attentive and available if needed. Excellent! If you want a quiet vacation in a beautiful setting, go without hesitation!

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We had a wonderful week. This part of Italy is a great discovery. We were warmly welcomed with a delicious brioche. Stefania's apartment is well thought out and well insulated. We weren't disturbed by the noise of shops and nightlife. The presence of restaurants, the food store and the coffee/ice cream shop are a huge plus for managing the housekeeping with our daughters (3 and 5 years old). The free beach is easily accessible by foot. Stefania is available by text message and responsive to messages. We recommend this property.

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire property with a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and an impeccable bedroom and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.
