Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as advertised and located in a quiet place. The beaches are very easily reachable by foot.

I felt so at home during my stay. Massimo was always helpful and attentive to my needs. I also had a chance to meet the whole family and they are very friendly! I felt safe and comfortable and everything was so clean. I would definitely like to go back and hope to stay there again. Thank you Massimo and family! This place is an absolute gem.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!
