A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and surroundings in twenty minutes. The apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. The plus is that animals are welcome, which for us is a discriminating factor in the choice of houses. This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

We were completely surprised by the location of this beautiful house with a beautiful garden. Good location for visiting Ravenna and on the Po delta. Enjoyed the flamingos. Very warm welcome by the host Roberta. Tiped us for the tastiest pizza we've ever eaten.

Alessandro’s & Anna’s Place is a beautiful small piece of Italian history tucked away in a natural setting with mature trees, gardens, groves and vineyards, which have been fed by the thermal spring waters. If you want to feel like you are on your own private Royal getaway and enjoy close and easy car access to Venice, Padua, Verona and all the quaint little villages, like Aqua Petraca near Monselice, or if you simply want to enjoy a dip in the private spa waters, or natural thermal springs, this is the place to relax, so look no more. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem. Grazie milie.

Apartment within walking distance of the Lido, clean and well maintained, my family and I had a great time. Francesco has always been very helpful. Congratulations on the accommodation and the professionalism shown. We had a nice holiday.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

We had a really great time, the house is in a very, very quiet "village" and very close to the sea. The house is really nice, with everything you need: from towels to a coffee maker. The outdoor area allows you to spend some nice relaxing moments in the open air. If I were to return to Comacchio, I would definitely go back to Asja, a very kind person!

The bathroom and kitchen were in perfect condition, the air conditioning was perfectly functional and quiet. Can recommend!

Apartment a short walk from the sea located in a quiet residential area. Equipped with comfort and everything you need, we found the apartment impeccably clean. Milena was always very kind, checking in on the good progress of our stay. Highly recommended

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

A dream home, waking up and having a view of the hills and Brisighella is priceless. The olive grove around the house offers unparalleled peace and tranquility. Thanks to Francesca's instructions, finding the accommodation was a bit of a joke. Once in the house we found some insects, but with the house so immersed in nature you can't ask for complete isolation from the outside. As far as I'm concerned, it's all part of the connected experience with nature. In general, perfect accommodation to get away from the stress of the city and take time to yourself.

We had a really good time! The house is welcoming and true to description. The garden is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play - our girls had a lot of fun. The area is quiet but comfortable, with great restaurants nearby and easily accessible by car. Filippo was always very kind and accurate in his communications, and the person who welcomed us was also helpful and friendly. Part of the house was a little damp, but nothing problematic, considering the Po Delta area. We had cool days and the heating, although not programmable, worked well; in the bathroom there is a heater that did its duty. In general, a very pleasant stay: I would go back without hesitation. Absolutely recommended!

Really amazing apartment, more beautiful than in the photos. There's a new bathroom. In addition to the table and chairs, there are two sun loungers on the terrace. Look for a beautiful beach in front of the house. Close to restaurants, coffee and beautiful walks. Max was a fantastic host, very nice. We didn't want to leave and I believe that we will return sometime.

We chose this accommodation in the area because it was fenced, this allowed us to keep our 2 dogs free as at home and it was a vacation for them too. Enrico is very kind, precise and helpful in suggesting places to visit in line with our needs.
