Vacation rentals with beach access in Lido delle Nazioni

We had a very nice stay at Stefania’s place. First, it was very clean and comfortable. Second, the private parking space was very convenient. Third, it was in a quiet location, just a short walk from the stores and restaurants on the main street and the beach. The coffee shop across the street had fantastic coffee and pastries. Finally, Stefania was very responsive and quickly resolved an issue we had with the WiFi router, and quickly answered a few other questions.

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a nice time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. Thanks to Tommaso for his availability and responsiveness, as well as to Litzi for hosting. I recommend this rental near Chioggia (beautiful) as well as beautiful VENICE. 10 stars 🌟 👌

Silvia is a wonderful host. He personally welcomed us, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days when they collect the garbage, the keys to use to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold.😍

Daniel was polite, precise and proactive (he gave me a couple of useful tips). Perfect directions for check-in /check-out. The apartment was tidy and matching the description, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If I were to go back to the area, I would definitely look for Daniel. Thanks Gianluca

The place is cozy, clean and well-kept, located in a perfect location to explore the historic center and enjoy the charm of the city. Simone was super friendly, helpful and responsive, her advice was really helpful. Recommended for those looking for a quiet stay in a pearl like Chioggia, all to discover. Spacious and comfortable place, clean and very well furnished. Ample outdoor, well-equipped, and shaded space. The area is quiet and comfortable to get around on foot or by bike. The host was very kind and attentive. Recommended for families with children.

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Very helpful and nice host, the house is in a nice area 2 steps from the beach and the center and equipped with everything. The icing on the cake was the bikes made available.

We enjoyed our break at Eleonoras place. It was neat and clean and had all amenities. Lovely to sit out in the private garden for breakfast or a drink. Close to the sea and a range of restaurants and an easy drive to Ravenna and Ferrara.

We had a great time with Elisa, super helpful at any time and very kind. Apartment just a few meters from the sea, and from the center of Igea Marina. Highly recommended!

Quiet, yet centrally located apartment in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Bus departure to Venice from Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

We Stayed for 8 days. The Place was clean, all amentities were useful (Washing Machine, freezer, coffee machine). Alessandro and his wife are very nice and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations, restaurants and things to do in the area. Also, a Great place at a private beach was already reserved and we could use whenever we felt like it. Overall a Perfect stay!

First of all, I want to mention that I don't write reviews often. But this time it is very important to me, as we have had a very good experience & I fully recommend Stefania. We spent 1 week in Stefania's apartment with our children (6&10). Stefania is an excellent host who always responded quickly & helped us very well with all questions & concerns. It is very warm & helpful. The apartment was nicer & bigger than shown in the photos. Also, the condition is very good, modern & very clean. It is equipped with what you need. A private parking space in the courtyard, 2 balconies,elevator, very good air conditioning (for cold & heat), good bedding & soft well smelling towels were available. Washing machine available if needed. The beaches in Sottomarina (3 min. walk), shopping,the old town&Chioggia are close. There are also frequent buses. The parking garages& restaurants are convenient. Excursion tip: Porto Caleri Botanical Garden.

Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.

We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again!
