The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Värden svarade snabbt på frågor som vi hade om transport etc. Olyckan var tyvärr framme under vår resa och vi behövde besöka sjukhus. Värden gav oss råd om sjukhus, hur man tar sig dit och var genuint omtänksam. Tack för lånet av er lägenhet, vi hade toppen dagar på beachen i Sottomarina, strosade i Chioggia och upplevde Venedig. Tips, om ni är flera dagar i Sottomarina så rekommenderas att ni som gästa hyr cykel för att enkelt ta er fram i området.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Wir waren als Familie zu fünft mit 3 Jugendlichen in der schönen Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wurden sehr nett im Büro empfangen, uns wurde alles gezeigt und wir haben viele Tips bekommen. Das Haus ist freundlich hell und völlig ausreichend für 5 Personen. Der pool und das Meer sind nach wenigen Metern erreicht, der Privatstrand gepflegt und mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Restaurants und Strandbars ( abends öfter mit live Musik) sind ganz in der Nähe. Ausflüge rund um das Po Delta oder nach Venedig sind super machbar. Die meiste Zeit haben wir jedoch den Strand genutzt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub an den wir sehr gern zurück denken werden. Grazie!

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Mir und meiner Familie hat es ganz wunderbar gefallen!

Ho potuto riposare, e in un minuto si e' in spiaggia. Accettano il cane, cosa molto importante. Il giovedì mattina si puo' visitare il mercato di Chioggia a neanche una decina di km.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Tiziana zu Gast, die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet mit Hund, das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Tiziana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin war immer sofort erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei ihr eine Auszeit zu nehmen und die Gegend und die Unterkunft zu genießen!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Останавливались у Мары на три дня. Прекрасное расположение дома, пару минут до пляжей, много хороших ресторанов вокруг. Очень хорошая, чистая квартира, с приятным ремонтом. Было все необходимое для жизни. Мара оказалась очень добрым человеком, помогла с нашей проблемой. Рекомендуем

Ho soggiornato per 6 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento. Tutto nuovo. Posizione bellissima. Il terrazza sul mare è stato molto apprezzato in quanto molto fresco e ventilato. Appartamento fresco e dotato di tutti i servizi. Si raggiunge il mare in 5 minuti a piedi dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti e una bellissima zona pedonale per fare lunghe passeggiate. Parcheggio privato sul retro chiuso da una sbarra. Dal parcheggio si raggiunge direttamente l’appartamento con un ascensore senza dover fare nemmeno un gradino. Consigliato vivamente! La Host Roberta gentilissima è disponibilissima per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità! Torneremo sicuramente!

Silvia è un host meravigliosa. Ci ha accolto personalmente, e ci ha fornito un piccolo briefing sulle varie disposizioni della casa (ad esempio i giorni in cui ritirano la spazzatura, le chiavi da utilizzare per aprire il cancello, ecc.) L’appartamento è molto carino, ed è dotato di un balcone/terrazzo molto grande fronte mare (difronte al bagno Globus Beach). La finestra sul mare è uno spettacolo😍

Patrizia e Andrea ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie e rendendosi disponibili in caso di bisogno. La casa è confortevole ed accogliente. Le descrizioni rispecchiano la realtà. Giusto un feedback (legato da un gusto personale) il letto della camera matrimoniale è un po’ molle. In generale consigliato.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Sono stata nell' appartamento di Sabrina una settimana con mia figlia. l' appuntamento è piccolissima ma ben organizzata, è dotata di tutti i confort per concederti di passare qualche giorno di relax. Ogni settore era ben fornita, ad esempio i condimenti in cucina, detersivo per la lavastoviglie,detergenti e per il bagno ecc. Ho molto gradito anche la presenza della macchina del caffè. L' appuntamento si trova a metà tra Misano e Cattolica faccilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi o bici. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati dei host molto disponibili e comprensibili. Il giorno del check in la mia macchina a metta strada ha avuto un avaria e ho dovuto portarla in officina. Ho proseguito il viaggio in treno fino a Cesena. A Cesena poi Sabrina e suo marito si sono offerti di darmi un passaggio fino a Misano. Sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi con informazioni e il passaggio.
