The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We were a group of five friends and had a great time staying with Valentina! We can only recommend the accommodation. The location is great, the view probably the best in Rimini and the amenities completely sufficient for a holiday in Rimini

We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

Lovely place for a family holiday.

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

There were four of us in the apartment. The location is unbeatable right on the beach. The accommodation is functionally equipped with everything you need. Communication in advance went smoothly. We thank you for a few nice days in Italy:)

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Stayed at Mara's place for three days. Lovely location of the house, a couple of minutes to the beaches, a lot of good restaurants around. Very nice, clean apartment, with nice renovation. There was everything you need for life. Mara was a very kind person, helped with our problem. We recommend

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very much appreciated as it was very cool and breezy. Cool apartment equipped with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking in the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Silvia is a wonderful host. He personally welcomed us, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days when they collect the garbage, the keys to use to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold.😍

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days relaxing. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom detergents, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Nica and family were very friendly and very helpful! You can even use their bikes. Nica was always working on making us feel good and making it a pleasant stay. We will be happy to come back to Chiogga
