ottimo appartamento, corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, pulito, fornito davvero di tutto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ricambi di asciugamano, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. cucina super accessoriata dall olio ai condimenti, caffè macchinetta e cialde, contenitori in alluminio pellicola carta da forno, vaschette, tostapane davvero ottima attenzione. dispone di zanzariere l aerea lavatoio / lavatrice ho trovato tutto l occorrente per le pulizie, scopa moccio nuovo, spugne nuove, detersivo per lavatrice ammorbidente....davvero un ottima attenzione. non mancava proprio nulla ! ottima posizione vicino al lido e al corso principale. host super attivo, sempre molto disponibile, e risolutivo . bici a disposizione davvero un ottimo staff ! per sbaglio sono rimasta chiusa fuori con le chiavi all interno dell appartamento, nel giro di 5 Min mi hanno risolto il problema. non invadenti e davvero molto professionali. nota positiva anche al lido delle sirene !

Un logement très adapté à nos besoins, calme, à proximité d'un parc , d'un supermarché et à 20 minutes du centre ville !!! Beaucoup de rangements et bien équipé, une terrasse agréable.... bref, nous avons adoré et reviendrons avec plaisir.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

We stayed at Dario's place for 4 nights and it was easily walkable from the central train station and into the city centre. Dario was incredibly flexible with our arrival time which was delayed several hours due to train strikes. He was responsive, provided clear instructions for self check-in due to our late arrival time, and followed up the next day to ensure everything was ok. We greatly appreciated the supplies and food items that Dario provided. What a bonus! There were two, large separate bedrooms, so we each had our own space when needed. Overall, it was a very comfortable apartment and we had a great stay. Thanks Dario!

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn die Straße davor etwas laut ist, konnte man dennoch gut auf dem Balkon verweilen. Tolle Lage und alles schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren für vier Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft von Filippo. Die Anreise und der Check-In waren problemlos. Parken in der Garage war unmöglich, weil die Rampe zu steil war und unser Wagen (Tesla 3) aufsetzte. Filippo nannte uns eine Straße, in der wir in der Nähe umsonst parken konnten. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, es war fantastisch ruhig in der Nacht. Man muss aber wissen, dass es kein Bett gibt sondern nur ein Schlafsofa. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Das Bad ist Top. Die Küchenecke eng. Dafür gibt es draußen eine cool Veranda mit Sofa und Tisch. Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufhenthalt positiv.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel, à une dizaine de minutes du centre-ville. La présence de la voie ferrée très proche est cependant assez bruyante. Franca est une hôte réactive et attentionnée.

Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful. His place was clean and he offered several restaurant recommendations that were great and was always responsive.

Lucrezia ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Host. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse und der Garten der Unterkunft.

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Lo spazio è piccolo ma accogliente, estremamente pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Mirko è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de kinderen van Bernedetta. Zij heeft alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving gegeven. Het huis was top in orde en is daarnaast heel mooi! Het is een gebouw uit de 13e eeuw en veel details zijn mooi bewaard gebleven. Je zit bovenin de bergen met alleen op enkele honderd meters nog een ander vakantie verblijf van dezelfde familie. Verder heb je van niemand last. Je kunt daarbij genieten van een waanzinnig uitzicht.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, in un bel condominio, a due passi da tutto ma sito in una zona tranquilla. Il posto auto riservato è sicuramente un plus. Considerando la qualità dei servizi ci si può muovere senza auto. Enrico e sua madre sono gentilissimi e comunicativi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Schöne Wohnung an Zentraler Lage. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana war schnell und unkompliziert. Checking in hat super gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, viel liebe zum Detail. Jederzeit würden wir wieder zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Roswitha

Host cordiale e disponibile.abbiamo soggiornato per un evento sul tracciato del Mugello e l’appartamento si trova a neanche 10 minuti dal circuito quindi molto comodo.l’appartamento è come descritto ed era pulito al nostro arrivo. il proprietario ci ha anche fornito alcune informazioni su dove mangiare la sera e si è messo a disposizione in caso avessimo bisogno di qualche consiglio per il soggiorno.alla prossima 👍

Le logement de Roberto était très spacieux et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour à Bologne. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait sur place. Roberto a été disponible pour répondre à mes questions, en plus de me donner quelques conseils utiles pour profiter de la ville. Il a aussi fait preuve de flexibilité, ce qui a été très appréciable. Attention d’anticiper par contre qu’il ne parle pas anglais au téléphone. Rien de grave mais à savoir !

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber, sehr gemütlich und genau so, wie beschrieben – ein echter Wohlfühlort. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und ist sehr freundlich. Nach einer langen Autofahrt aus Deutschland konnten wir uns in Ferrara wunderbar erholen. Vielen Dank.
