The flat is beautiful and exactly as described. It is only a short walk from the piazza and wonderful restaurants of Parabita. Giorgia was very responsive and provided some great recommendations within Parabita and nearby Gallipoli. There is free parking directly in front of the properly which is very helpful! I would highly recommend this place and certainly stay again!

The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Our stay in Nardò was really special and much of the credit goes to Simone. From the first moment, he welcomed us with great availability, kindness and sincere attention that made us feel at home. The house was perfect: clean, welcoming and cared for in every detail, but what made the difference was his valuable advice that allowed us to experience Nardò and its surroundings in the most authentic way possible. This is a beautiful spot with a very special place to swim. In May (before the ladder is placed) jumping in is comfortable and the exit front the water requires a bit of climb. Your hosts couldn’t be sweeter or more responsive. Very thoughtful and prompt. It’s a small place but it’s well equipped and beautifully maintained. Sadly, there was loud construction happening on the dwellings on either side of us during our stay but that could happen anywhere and can’t be predicted. I would absolutely stay here again.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean and in a quiet surrounding. Nice rooftop with kitchen, 360 sea view! A washing machine and an iron would be useful when you stay a few nights.

I can easily say that our stay was nothing short of perfect. First of all, even before our arrival, our hosts Francesco and Donna were incredibly helpful, their quick responses to our messages made everything feel so easy and reassuring. Communication and check-in were smooth and effortless. As for the house; it’s simply stunning! It’s so beautiful that you find yourself torn between going out to explore the area or just staying in to enjoy the space. The terrace is absolutely amazing, both in the morning and at sunset. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and everything was spotlessly clean. Every detail has been carefully thought out, even down to the soundproof windows. Staying in a house like this in such a location is truly something special. I can easily say this was the highlight of our trip to Puglia and Lecce. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

This is truly one of our best properties ever! It is monumental, beautiful, clean, spacious and in the middle of the Puglia feeling. Beaches are close, Gallipoli is nice to go, 15-20 min by car. Wonderful to Martinucci. Paola was there to welcome us, really very sweet and she gave us tips up to and including! Really we really felt at home. Wish we had booked for longer. We'd love to come back here. Thank you for everything!

Patrizia’s home was impeccable, with elegant decor and well thought out to the last detail. Really enjoyed the private terrace as well as the roof top. High end amenities all the way. As a hostess she was responsive and helpful. The neighbourhood is well situated for visiting the old town. Would highly recommend!

One of the things I appreciated most was Armando's in-depth knowledge of the place. His tips on local restaurants, attractions to visit and activities to do were invaluable. Thanks to him, I discovered hidden corners that I would never have found otherwise, and I was able to live an authentic and unique experience. In summary, I highly recommend staying at Armando's if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and a host who really knows how to make you feel at ease and help you discover the best of the place. We spent three nights at Ippazio's place - it was great. The house is in a very quiet pocket, a short wall to a rocky, quiet beach and with stunning views of the sunset. Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, which was great as restaurants are a short drive away. Ippazio was very responsive, a great host! Thank you!

A most amazing property! My wife felt like a queen in her palace. There is so much space and so many wonderful mementos of a bygone era yet it still provided all the style and class of a modern apartment. The location is first class. We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with three bedrooms, all with own bathroom. Everything present what you need and the terrace view is amazing. As clearly stated, the stairs are challenging, would not do it with small children or any disability. But the stairs are like an ancient building- beautiful! We had an amazing time, thank you!
