Wir waren zu viert in dem Apartment untergebracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Tage in Italien. :)

eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Ein Gastgeber, welcher alle Erwartungen bei weitem übertraf. Wunderbare Kommunikation, immer sofort geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, man fühlt sich wirklich geborgen wie zu Hause. Perfekte Einrichtung, alles vorhanden, was es braucht, um sich wirklich super gut wohl zu fühlen. Ein aussergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. wir schätzen insbesondere die sehr proaktive Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Parkplatz vorhanden und sehr gute Zugänglichkeit. Einfach alles was man sich wünscht. Wenige Minuten zum Strand. Schöne Empfehlung für ein gutes Restaurant. Vielen Dank für diese aussergewöhnliche Möglichkeit in einem wirklich wunderschönen zu Hause übernachten zu dürfen.

Elegante e luminoso trilocale

Giovanni ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Auf Fragen reagiert er schnell und ist immer sehr freundlich. Auch seine Mitarbeiterin ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt im 5 Stock und mit dem Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Die gute Lage (direkt gegenüber eines Supermarktes und ca. 200 m von einem öffentlichen Strand entfernt) und der private Parkplatz sind ein großer Vorteil. (Tipp: Beim Be- und Entladen lange Kleidung oder Spray gegen Mücken.) Sehr schön ist die Tatsache, dass an jedem Fenster hochwertige Fliegengitter und Rollläden zum Verdunkeln sind. Der Balkon lag bei uns Anfang September immer im Schatten, sodass wir uns morgens und abends dort sehr gerne aufhielten (so hoch gab es keine Mücken), obwohl es häufig noch 30 Grad warm war. In der Wohnung kühlte die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage die Räume auf angenehme Temperatur herunter. Als Ausgangspunkt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit Ausflügen in wunderschöne Städte und Strandtagen war diese Wohnung für uns (3 Personen) optimal.
