Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

Had a restful and quiet weekend at this place. Highlights: - Beautifully designed, minimalist, well-maintained house - Private access and short walk to the beach - Jacuzzi was a great bonus Lowlights: - Frequent power outage - Nearest decent restaurant requires a short drive (so do banks, convenience stores). Make sure you have everything you need prior to heading over to the place. Overall, still a great stay. Would highly recommend to small group / families.

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, popular attractions, and conveniently close to the highway, making it super easy to get around. And the host is very responsive, too. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a good stay at this small compact apartment. It has one bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 single foam mattress on the floor. The place is clean and drinking water was provided. The apartment has several steps from the gate to the main door and it could be an inconvenience if you’re carrying a heavy luggage. The apartment has a lot of stairs going up to the room. The apartment has a cooling unit in the living room which is a bonus. It is located inside a subdivision. Trike is available if you don’t have a private car. It’s around 2km distance to SM mall. The host is very responsive and helpful. Overall our stay was good. Only issue which probably needs looking at is the toilet seat that is wobbly and the shower water pressure needs boosting.

Myrna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she even provided complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. ‎This is our first out of town vacation together with my whole family this year, and we're all so happy that we spent it at this unit. The view of Taal is just majestic and calming. The unit is also very clean and everything we need is there. It is exactly how it looks like in the photos posted here. Very cozy. We had a very relaxing stay. Even just on the first night my parents already want to go back and book the room again soon 😁 Will definitely do that. We had an amazing stay at the 301 Penthouse. From the smooth booking process to the warm welcome during check-in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, which made us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, and being on the rooftop added a special touch — we enjoyed relaxing outside while taking in the view of the resort. I stayed with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and we all truly loved the experience. What’s great is that even though you’re just a few hours away from the city, it feels peaceful and quiet — the perfect escape. At the same time, you still have the convenience of city living with nearby malls and food delivery like Grab. Would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Ms. Jennifer was very responsive with my inquiries. She welcomed me as we arrived, she was friendly and accommodating 😊 The place was cozy and clean. We got free essentials like hygiene kits, towels and condiments incase you need to cook. They were very generous, which we felt they really intend to make their guests feel comfortable and have a wonderful stay. AC was strong, WIFI is good and the place has a strong Smart signal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this place if you need to prepare for weddings and events.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

Definitely a place to stay if planning to be in Tagaytay, location are in prestine location around every great restaurant and store, the unit is clean and nice view with the Taal lake. Great place to stay!!!

Our family had the best time at Pico. Ms. Ice’s unit is very suitable for our needs and I love that it was close to Pico beach. It was very clean and Sir Al was very responsive to our queries and concerns.

We were looking for a cozy and comfy place to stay, one that functions beyond a space just for sleep. It's where we can cuddle up on a rainy day much like at home. No regrets staying here.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

It looked exactly like in the picture. The space was enough for 5 pax . The place was clean and raquel is very responsive and also checked us once inawhile if how we are or if we need anything :) Thank u again and Will recommend this place to friends/family.
