We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

My family of and I had a really pleasant stay at Diana’s place. It’s true that the place is pristine and looks better than the photos ❤️ We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the caretaker Kuya Alex and team. Everything was smooth and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and spacious, AC units are new and pool water temperature was perfect. If there was one negative is that our stay was too short! I wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be back next time. 😁 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

My family recently stayed at this villa & was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, staff made us feel welcomed & pampered. Location is serene & secluded, perfect for anyone looking to escape hustle & bustle of daily life. Villa itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views, lush greenery, and thoughtfully designed accommodations. Our villa was spacious, spotless, & came with all the modern amenities we could ask for. Entertainment room & pool were definite highlights. Keith/Jane & Ate Beth's service was consistently warm & attentive. We absolutely love the complimentary boat experience where we enjoyed the beach & fun activities like fish feeding, snorkeling, banana boat and jetski. The only challenge is the route & boarding/alighting to boat as it was too steep & rocky since we've kids & seniors with us. Nevertheless, the whole experience was perfect! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly relaxing & adventurous getaway.

We checked in late at night, but Ms. Jeanne was kind enough to let us extend our stay at no extra charge, as long as there were no incoming guests. Sir Mark was very reliable and quick to respond whenever we had requests. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
