A 43 m² small apartment with a private garden with lake view (backyard), patio, and fantastic lake view. Located in a quiet town just 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como, it's perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation away from traffic. It’s a great starting point for exploring the lake, with access to a bike and a communal pool. Guest parking is 100 meters from the house. Bus stop 80 meters away. THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Modern apartment(45mq) for a couple that want to visit the lake but also for a romantic holiday . The view from the apartment is amazing ! There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).
